Pricing

You can see that each of our properties has different pricing. From an average of £66 per night for a three bedroom pool home in low season through to an average of £200 per night for a larger house in peak season (even this works out at only £14.29 per person per night).

Some property owners have installed extras into their holiday homes such as games rooms, internet, free calls to the UK, whilst others are happy to provide a base for the theme park fans. Whatever you're looking for we are sure you will find something on our site to suit all budgets.

The seasons for the coming two years are as follows:

10% Discount for 21 days or more:
Book any of our properties for 21 days or more and receive a 10% discount. This discount will be applied automatically to the booking form so there is nothing extra for you to do.

Free Welcome Pack:
Here's a refreshing idea for you - every property that is booked through us comes with a complimentary welcome pack containing milk, tea, coffee, sugar, fruit juice, carbonated soft drinks, water, bread, butter, cereal and biscuits. For those that want even more, for an extra £40 we offer everything listed previously plus beer, wine, eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, preserves, crisps & nuts.

Other Charges:
We're not big on hidden extras here so we won't hide these other charges:
Each booking has a booking fee of £20
Each booking has a Damage Insurance fee of £35 (this covers accidental damage or breakages during your stay in one of our properties)

The only other charge we would levy would be a cleaning fee equivalent to one nights stay if your holiday lasted six nights or less.

PayPal Surcharge:
Unfortunately, due to the high cost of using PayPal and our eagerness to remain competitive we charge, like most other companies, a surcharge for using PayPal. This is currently set at 4%. Payment by cheque or bank transfer incurs no extra charges.

Optional Extras:
Yes - that's right - these are optional - you don't have to have any of them!

Pool Heating: £15 per night plus one-off fee of £20 (minimum charge of 7 nights).
This is recommended between October and April if you intend to use the pool a lot. For holidays in October or April we would suggest that you don't make a decision on this now though - wait and see what the weather in Orlando will be like nearer the time and contact us then.

Cot: £1.00 per night including bedding (minimum charge of 7 nights).

Highchair: £1.00 per night (minimum charge of 7 nights).
Some properties already contain a high chair so please check first.

Sat Nav: £2.00 per night plus one-off fee of £15.00 (minimum charge of 7 nights).
Save time, fuel and arguments! Compare our price to car rental companies - we're loads cheaper!

BBQ: £5.00 per night which includes gas (minimum charge of 7 nights)
We recommended you only hire this if you're going to be using it regularly. Local supermarkets have throwaway single-use BBQs for a few dollars and some villas have George Foreman type grills.
