Providence Golf and Country Club 7 bed villa

Enjoy Florida living at its finest as you make this lovely seven bedroom villa, on the gated community of Providence, your home away from home. Splash in the pool or soak up the sun on the south-facing pool deck, or if you are a sporty person there is plenty to keep you active on this community, including two swimming pools, an activity centre and an 18-hole championship golf course, all of which are available for your use.

• Inside the villa - At the heart of this villa is the large, open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats four guests; it’s ideal for rustling up some delicious family meals. Sit down on the eight seats around the dining table at the rear of the villa next to the pool doors, and discuss the day’s events. After dinner, why not relax in the living area behind the kitchen? Here there is room for eight guests to relax on comfy armchairs and sofas and look across the pool, or watch the large flatscreen TV. Upstairs there is an additional bonus lounge with seating for six guests, where you can read a book in peace, or watch some TV.

• Bedrooms - The Master bedroom has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, with access to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 also has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is downstairs with a Queen-size bed. Decorated in a traditional Floridian style, it has windows overlooking the front garden and an en-suite bathroom, which is shared with the house. Bedroom 4 has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, which is also shared with the house. Bedroom 5 has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom shared with Bedroom 7, which has Twin beds. Bedroom 6 along the corridor has a Queen-size bed. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and flatscreen TVs for the comfort and convenience of the guests.

• Pool deck - Outside you can bask in the Florida sun on the south-facing pool deck; swim in the pool or just relax in the spa; the choice is yours! There is plenty of seating on the pool deck for all the family, you can even eat alfresco on the covered dining area around the provided tables, or watch a film on the wall-mounted TV set as the evening rolls in!

• Providence community - This award-winning gated community features 2200 acres of beautifully kept landscapes and scenic lakes, with walking and cycling routes for those looking to stay fit whilst in Florida. Providence has a range of great facilities and with the Disney parks reachable in 20 minutes, and Universal Studios only slightly further along the I-4, you are perfectly placed to enjoy all that Florida has to offer.

Windsor at Westside 8 bed villa

This luxury eight bed villa with conservation views is on the beautiful Windsor at Westside community near the US192. Within the property there are two lounge areas for you to relax in should you wish, otherwise there is a large pool and spa which is bound to host many happy family memories. There is also a well-equipped games room for those of your group who like a little competitive action, or who just have energy left to burn!

• Inside the villa - The villa benefits from having two large lounge areas. The first is open-plan with the kitchen and dining area downstairs. In this lounge there is patio doors to the pool deck as well as seating for seven people around a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The second lounge area is at the top of the stairs. Here you will find seating for eight around a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The large kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite worktops and also has a breakfast bar for four people. The dining area runs alongside the kitchen and lounge and can seat 12 people.

• Bedrooms - The Master bedroom is located downstairs and contains a King-size bed, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom, with access to the pool area too. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 also have King-size beds. Bedrooms 5 and 6 both contain a Double and Single bed and share an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 has been decorated with a Frozen theme, with Bedroom 6 being decorated in a superhero theme. Bedroom 7 contains a Double and Single bed as well as a ceiling fan. Bedroom 8 has Twin beds and a ceiling fan. For guests' added convenience, all bedrooms contain flatscreen TVs.

• Pool deck - The large pool deck has beautiful views of woodland to the rear of the property. Out here you will find a covered dining area for you and your family to indulge in some alfresco dining as you make use of the private pool and spa.

• Windsor at Westside community - This gated and luxurious resort-style community opened its gates to a combination of 362 townhouses and villas in January 2016. With plenty of on-site facilities for all ages to enjoy and just a 15-minute drive to the Disney theme parks, means there will never be a dull moment during your stay in Orlando!

The Retreat on ChampionsGate 9 bed villa

Sitting on the beautiful resort of ChampionsGate, is this modern and beautifully decorated nine bedroom villa. With a good-sized pool deck, games room, cinema lounge and lots of bedrooms, this villa is a perfect extra large home from home. With a good variety of resort facilities for all ages to enjoy and just a 15-minute drive from the Disney area, you are spoilt for things to do and places to go.

• Inside the villa - The villa has a large, modern and open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar seating five people. Adjacent to the kitchen at the back of the villa is the family lounge with an "L" shaped sofa, two armchairs, a rocking chair and a large flatscreen TV. To the right of the family lounge is the formal glass top dining table seating ten people with patio doors to the pool deck. Upstairs is a second family lounge which has cinema-style armchairs, a rear projector and screen.

• Bedrooms - The Master bedroom is to the right of the kitchen and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, with access to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is at the top of the stairs and also has a King-size bed. Bedroom 3 is just inside the front door and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are both upstairs and have Queen-size beds. Bedroom 6 is the best bedroom for sleepovers, with three Queen-size beds. Bedroom 7 has Twin beds and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 4. Bedroom 8 is next to Bedroom 5 and has Twin beds. Bedrooms 5 and 8 also share an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 9 has Twin beds.

• Pool deck - The good-sized deck area has a pool and a spa as well as a long covered outside dining area complete with tables and seating.

• The Retreat on ChampionsGate community - The Retreat is a large, resort-style sub-community, which sits within one the most popular destinations in Florida, ChampionsGate. There's plenty of amenities within the community including a cinema, full restaurant, swimming pools with a lazy river and water slides, a swim-up bar and sports courts. Disney theme parks are just 20 minutes from the community by car.
