Situated on Seasons, a well-established and peaceful Kissimmee community, is this privately owned vacation villa with tasteful furnishings and décor throughout, 4 good-sized bedrooms, a well-equipped family games room and a south-facing private pool with undercover dining area and a gorgeous lake view to the rear. Disney World theme parks, including Magic Kingdom and Epcot, can be reached in as little as 15-20 minutes from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 20-25 minutes away. Universal Resorts is where you can experience The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and visit Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, and this will take less than half an hour by car. Restaurant options catering for all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements can be found on the lively US192, a few minutes away from Seasons.

• Living Accommodation:

  This nicely decorated and furnished vacation villa is perfect for you and your family to be able to spend quality time together, away from the chaos of your normal everyday lives. The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a convenient breakfast bar for 2 people. Also in the kitchen is a dining table with seating for 4 people, a great place to sit and enjoy tea and toast each morning. Next to the kitchen is a dining table seating 6 people, a perfect setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing games and chatting. The family lounge is at the back of the villa and has a comfy sectional sofa in front of a large flatscreen TV and doors leading out to the south-facing pool deck, making it nice and easy to wander in and out.

• Bedrooms:

  The Main bedroom is to the left of the villa at the back and is filled with lots of natural light and has been furnished with a King-size bed and has its own en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the back on the right and has a Queen-size bed and windows overlooking the pool deck. Bedroom 3 is centrally placed in the villa and has a Queen-size bed, this is next to Bedroom 4 which is furnished with a set of Bunk beds. All bedrooms in this property have a large flatscreen TV, making early nights even more relaxing and enjoyable.

• Entertainment:

  The well-equipped games room has something for everybody, there is an air hockey game that 4 people can play at the same time, a fun Skee-ball game, a roulette wheel with play mat and chips, games consoles and arcade machines, with seating options available for spectators or players waiting patiently for their turn to join in the fun. Families with small children might want to head towards the community play area with swings and climbing frames, this can be found less than a minute away from your villa.

• Outdoor Living:

  After busy days at the theme parks you can return home to your villa, get changed into swimwear and enjoy a relaxing splash around in your own south-facing private pool, making lots of happy memories with other family members. When you have had enough of the water you can relax with a chilled drink and watch the pool side TV or gaze out to the lake behind your villa as you recharge your batteries.

Seasons is a quiet, secluded community in Kissimmee, close to Disney World, Universal Resorts and many other popular Orlando attractions and theme parks. Many of our privately-owned rental villas on Seasons have a south or west-facing pool and spa with a lake view as well as well-equipped games rooms for the kids. A selection of restaurants and shops can be found in Kissimmee Old Town, less than 4 miles away, and a 24hr Walmart is less than 1 mile away on the US192. Florida’s award-winning beaches can all be reached in a little over an hour.
