Located just a couple of minutes from the fun packed US192, guests staying here are just 2 or 3 minutes away from a wide range of restaurants and take-aways, catering for all tastes, desires and dietary requirements. The magic and excitement of Animal Kingdom and Epcot are just 10-15 minutes away, making Tuscany one of the closest communities to Disney World in the Kissimmee area. SeaWorld and Discovery Cove can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes and Universal Resorts, home to the thrilling Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay water park and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, is less than half an hours’ drive away along the I-4 Highway.
- Living Accommodation:
This beautifully furnished and decorated vacation villa will provide you and your family the perfect opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of normal everyday living and enjoy the quality time you have together here in Orlando. The open-plan layout has a modern kitchen at the heart of everything downstairs, equipped with all the appliances, gadgets and utensils you will need for any culinary requirement. The convenient breakfast bar has 2 stools and is a great place to sit and relax with drinks and snacks throughout the daytime and a dining table by the front door is perfect for evening meals or fun together as a family playing board games once the dishes have been cleared away. At the back of the villa is a family lounge with lots of natural light, doors to the south-facing pool deck and a large flatscreen TV. A second lounge area is at the top of the stairs in case viewing preferences differ and this lounge has a comfy corner sofa and flatscreen TV.
- Bedrooms:
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it has a King-size bed, windows overlooking the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom with a door to the pool area. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the back and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is upstairs at the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that it shares with the Twin-bedded Bedroom 4. Bedroom 5 is upstairs at the back and also has Twin beds, this room is next to a bathroom. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen TVs, making relaxing mornings or late-night movie watching even more enjoyable.
- Entertainment:
Head to the games room for some unforgettable evenings together as you play table football or pool against each other. Seating for spectators or players waiting eagerly to join the fun has been provided.
- Outdoor Living:
The south-facing pool deck area has been extended so that you can fully appreciate the Florida sunshine as you recharge your batteries outside. The private pool will provide hours of fun for the kids or the chance for adults to take a refreshing dip if things get too hot.
