The well-equipped kitchen is located to the right of the villa with all the appliances, utensils and gadgets you will need for making tasty meals, while the breakfast bar provides a place for ‘kitchen helpers’ to sit and enjoy a drink. Near to the kitchen is a formal dining table should additional breakfast seating be required. A second dining table can be found towards the front of the villa, ideal for having a meal or playing card games once the dishes have been cleared away. To the back left of the villa is a family lounge with a flatscreen TV, comfy seating and doors leading to the pool so you can keep an eye on the kids as they play in the pool as you watch a movie. Upstairs is a second lounge with a sectional sofa and a projector with a screen, the perfect place to watch all the latest blockbuster movies.
The only Bedroom on the ground floor, the Main bedroom has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs and to the front left is Bedroom 2 with a King-size bed, while to the back left is Bedroom 3 which has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 4 is also to the left and has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 5 is at the front right with a Toy Story-theme, Twin beds and an en-suite bathroom that is shared with Bedroom 6, which has a Star Wars-theme and Twin beds.

The gated community of Solterra, often considered to be one of the best resorts in Davenport, has everything you need for your Orlando villa holiday. Solterra have introduced a 'Resort Facilities Fee'. This fee is $35 for parties of up to 12 people and $45 for parties of 12 and more. This covers all guests and for the duration of your stay. This fee can be paid at the clubhouse after arrival on the day and is only payable if you intend to use the facilities. If for example, your flight is delayed and the clubhouse is closed when you arrive, then you can visit the clubhouse the following day to arrange payment.
