This beautiful 5 bedroom privately owned rental villa is on the luxury resort of Windsor Hills, one of the best gated communities in the Kissimmee area. There will be no long waits for the shower when you’re getting ready to go out, each bedroom has it’s own en-suite bathroom. Many happy holiday memories can be made in the well-equipped games room, which has the added benefit of being air-conditioned as well. The relaxing saltwater pool and spa area is west-facing to help you get the most out of the Florida sunshine and has a peaceful lake view to the rear. Fans of Orlando’s big tourist attractions will be glad to know that Disney World theme parks can be reached in about 10 minutes by car, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove 15-20 minutes away, Orlando's newest theme park - Epic Universe is 30 minutes from your villa and Universal Resorts, including Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, less than half an hours’ drive. The US192 is a couple of miles from here and offers a wide range of family-friendly restaurants to choose from, catering for all tastes and appetites.
The family living area is at the rear of the villa and has sofa seating for 6 people around a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and patio doors leading to the west-facing pool deck. The open-plan kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite worktops is to the left of the lounge and has all the equipment and utensils you are likely to need. Opposite the kitchen is a dining table which can seat 4 people, and patio doors to the pool deck. The main dining table has 6 chairs and is close to the front of the villa.
The Main bedroom is to the right of the lounge and contains a King-size bed, window overlooking the pool deck and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is on the right at the front of the villa and has a King-size bed, windows overlooking the garden and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are near each other upstairs, Bedroom 3 has a King-size bed, and Bedroom 4 has Twin beds. Bedroom 5 is downstairs near the games room and has Twin bed, this room is adjacent to the downstairs bathroom. For guests’ added comfort and convenience, all bedrooms have wall-mounted flatscreen TVs.
For those who enjoy a little competition, there is a games room which has carpeting and air-conditioning. It contains a pool table, table football, wall-mounted flatscreen TV and seating for spectators to cheer their favourite player on from! The resort facilities, some of the best in Kissimmee, are a 10-15 minute walk from here and include a heated outdoor swimming pool, kiddies water park, Tiki bar, gym, cinema and sports courts.
The west-facing pool deck has a relaxing spa and an amazing view of conservation and a lake to the rear; a great scene to gaze out at from the covered dining area which is big enough for the whole family. Please note that this is a saltwater pool, every bit as safe as a normal chlorinated pool but beneficial for guests with skin problems such as Eczema or Psoriasis and will also help alleviate any joint or muscle pain you might have and speed up recovery from any previous injuries. If these issues are not a concern for you, then you can still benefit from splashing around in the pool and being left with rejuvenated muscles and softer skin!

Windsor Hills is a highly recommended gated Kissimmee resort, and one of the closest communities to Disney World. With Orlando’s other theme parks Universal, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove, all within an easy driving distance. Shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets are within a 2 mile drive of here on the US192. Many of our privately owned rental villas on this resort have a family games room or south or west-facing pool and spa. Facilities here include heated swimming pool, kiddie's water park, gym, sports courts, cinema, BBQ area and 24 hour manned security at the entrance gate.
A maximum of 3 cars is allowed per property on Windsor Hills. These must be parked on the driveway of the villa and must not block the sidewalks or be parked on the streets or grass. Additional parking locations are located near the clubhouse. Quiet times for Windsor Hills are from 11pm to 7am. After hours noise and disturbances should be reported to Osceola Sheriff's Non-Emergency department and they will be pleased to assist. The contact number is 407-348-2222
