Holiday was superb, villa was superb, really impressed. En-suite door would lock from the outside and you almost had to swipe a card to get back in, we didn’t report this. We did ask for the lock box code and were given a 6 digit number but it only used 4 so I emailed back and never got a response so just thought I’d mention that. Not too much of a problem though. I did spot a mouse in the garage, I just opened the door and it ran out but I thought I’d let you know, we didn’t see any others. The villa was lovely, really impressed and we’d stay there again. We’re also really pleased with Debbie’s Villas, they're really helpful even when we had a few hiccups, they helped us resolve these. Overall really impressed and we’d definitely book with them again if we went back.

Have just returned from a fabulous holiday to Florida and wanted to say a massive thank you to Debbie’s Villas. Our villa was in a great location especially for all the Disney Parks and also to local shops, stores and restaurants. The villa itself was perfect for our stay and although we had a few issues with one of the bathroom doors and the air conditioning these were dealt with efficiently by the management company with no issues. The grandchildren absolutely loved the pool even at the end of an exhausting day they still had time for a splash around to cool off. Great stay and great villa, thank you Debbie’s Villas.

We had an amazing time, it was such a good holiday. The villa was easy to find and we had no problems getting in on arrival. It was spacious, spotless and the pool area was lovely. We could also see wildlife such as alligators on the lake out the back. If I had to be picky, the villa could do with some extra utensils and a couple of things such as the showers and dishwasher need looking at. The welcome pack on arrival was great. We would stay here again and definitely use Debbie’s Villas again.

The villa was spot on, everything was perfect, we contacted the management company about lights and a wasp nest these we rectified quickly, they were very friendly. We stayed a few doors down last year; we like the area. This is our second time booking with Debbie’s Villas and we would definitely use you again, your very responsive, we can’t fault you.

We want to say that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were very impressed that the issues that we raised were addressed immediately & sorted out. The only issue was that the bed downstairs could benefit from a wax or silicone spray as it creaked at times & would wake us up at night. Our Grandsons thoroughly enjoyed their themed bedrooms as well as the pool. We liked having the BBQ. We put a flat folded card box underneath to catch any drips. This worked well. May I make a suggestion about the kitchen. It would have been nice to have egg cups, a small sieve & a plastic jug, otherwise we found the kitchen well stocked. We will certainly recommend Debbie’s Villas to our friends. Once again, thank you so much for your help.

I would like to say a big thank you to Debbie's Villas for supporting EntityXMajors on their 3 week visit to Florida! It took lots of organisation and I would like to thank Emily for all her emails, reminders and follow ups - they were so helpful! The villas were great, as usual (security on the gate proved a little tricky at times, however I had no issues at all!!). As always, correspondence between Debbie’s Villas and the client is brilliant and they are always only at the end of a phone call or email and that is really appreciated! The girls loved their time in Florida and thank you again for your support from start to finish with this huge trip and we will definitely use you again for our travels in the future.

The villa was fine. We did have an issue with the tumble dryer not working but didn’t report it was, we dried clothes without this. Thought photos were a true representation of the villa. Would use Debbie’s Villas again in the future.

We couldn’t fault it. There was some staining on the carpets but this is to be expected in a rental property and otherwise it was clean and tidy. We would highly recommend Debbie’s Villas.

The holiday was great, we really enjoyed it. The villa was really good and perfectly situated. We only had one problem with the dishwasher but the management company called round quickly and sorted it. We’ve been to Florida a few times but this is the first time we’ve booked through Debbie's Villas and we’d say it’s one villa we would go back to.

We really enjoyed out stay, the villa was lovely and looked like the pictures online. The only thing we would mention is that it was quite dusty in areas, for example the TV and TV cupboard, we also found a lot of little bits under the bed including dust and toys – however this didn’t affect our stay. We will definitely be booking with Debbie’s Villas again and I will be recommending them to family and friends.

We had a brilliant time in Orlando. The villa was beautifully decorated and looked like the pictures online. The only downside was that the air conditioning upstairs was not working, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. In fact, we ended up moving to one of the downstairs bedrooms. We struggled to get through to the management company and had to ask Debbie’s Villas for assistance. Debbie’s Villas responded quickly, they contacted the management company on our behalf, and someone was then able to come out and fix the air-con unit for us. The pool area was lovely. We did notice a few black spots on some of the furniture cushions, but overall, it was a great space to relax. We especially enjoyed sitting on the pool deck overlooking the lake – we miss it already!

Overall everything was fine. We had some issues with electrics after a storm. We reported this to the management company and they came out to resolve it quickly. Photos were a true representation of the villa and we would use Debbie's Villas in the future.

We had a lovely time; the villa was beautiful and exactly like the pictures on the website. The only issue we had is that the door lock instructions were quite poor and we ended up setting the alarm off 4 or 5 times, someone from the management company very kindly came over and showed us how to use it properly. We will definitely be booking again with Debbie’s Villas for 2028.
