We really enjoyed our stay in the villa on Blossom Hill Loop in Clermont. The pool was very good. The facilities in the villa were very good. We would not hesitate to to use Debbie’s Villas again.

The Villa was exceptional. Everything about it was 1st class (with the exception of a very outdated pool table - only thing we could fault). Can't speak highly enough of the service and quick actions from Victoria, who within a few hours, and it only took that time due to time difference, literally turned a nightmare scenario into the fantastic family holiday we hoped for. Will most certainly use Debbies Villas again for our next trip to Florida and will highly recommend your company. Cannot recommend Debbie's Villas highly enough. From villa selection options, only needing a deposit to secure our holiday accommodation to really great communication (including local special occasion recommendations) and easy payment system, you couldn't ask for an easier - or better - place to book your Orlando villa holiday. Many thanks for all the assistance & all the information supplied (including photos) about our villa was spot on. Local assistance was great too. Where the Villa was located (20 minutes from Disney!) and its amenities suited us down to the ground. A fully equipped house with private pool and BBQ (optional) & when I say fully equipped, I mean it. Apart from needing toiletries, food & additional bin bags, everything else is provided. I'll finish as I started - cannot recommend Debbie's Villas highly enough - many thanks for making our holiday stress-free & very special.

This is a lovely, peaceful location and this is our second time here. This villa is in a residential area rather than a rental zone which makes it nice and quiet for us. We called the Management Company regarding an issue and they were very helpful. We have already booked again with Debbie's Villas for a trip in the late summer.

We did everything on our list and more! Kennedy Space Center was brilliant – haven’t been in a long while but there is so much to see there. The villa was stunning, it worked so well and we felt very secure. Debbie's Villas looked after us very well and we would definitely recommend and use Debbie’s Villas again.

We had a lovely stay at the villa which was of a good standard. Pool was fantastic and pleased we had heated. Didn’t use the sun loungers but sat out a lot. It was so reassuring to have the pool fence. Kitchen well stocked but would benefit from a couple of more baking trays. The beds were really comfy and as an extended family visiting allowed great flexibility. Each room had a tv which had a good source of free channels, films, documentaries e.t.c. Would certainly book through you again. On this occasion we had already sourced our flights but would do as a package in the future as we were to the wire if the youngest would be well enough to go and we would have had greater security to have changed the holiday if necessary through our holiday insurance. Your team were so responsive when we enquired re possibility of late check out and adding on the extras we had. Thank you so much for all you did.

I wanted to send an email to say a massive thank you to Emily, who recently helped us after the villa we had chosen became unavailable. Emily was so helpful and patient helping us secure an alternative option, I can’t thank her enough. Nothing was too much trouble. This is our third year booking with Debbie’s Villas and I would not go anywhere else now to book our Florida holidays. The customer service is second to none. Everyone you speak to is so nice and helpful, and make you feel so secure booking what is a holiday of a lifetime. Thanks again to Emily and everyone at Debbie’s Villas.
“stunning westerly outlook…”
We booked this very last minute – MJ at Debbie's Villas was particularly helpful in assisting us. The flights were excellent both ways, we paid for the better seats this time and actually slept on the return flight. The villa had a stunning westerly outlook with nice sunsets. We do usually prefer to stay on the Southern Dunes community but that is just personal preference. The villa itself was older, a little tired in places but well maintained, well equipped and clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool was warm enough for us to use without pool heat. We met the neighbours too and they were friendly. The location was good too. We didn’t need to call the management company for anything.

We had a lovely time, the villa was great and the location was perfect. The management company were fabulous. We called them a couple of times - just little things. We loved every part of our holiday, we just wished we were there longer! We would recommend Debbie’s Villas.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa and Debbie's Villas. The villa was lovely, just as advertised, in a quiet area overlooking a golf course. There was plenty of space for our group of 6, the kids loved the pool, and it was all that we had hoped for.

Everything was brilliant and as expected. The villa could do with some redecoration here and there but the facilities, size of the bedrooms and pool area were excellent. We contacted the management company once and they answered straight away. Booking with Debbie’s Villas was great, they answered any queries we had and we would recommend them.

The villa was great, perfectly situated and had amazing views. We would absolutely book this villa again and wouldn’t hesitate to book with Debbie’s Villas again, we plan to do so in a few years’ time.

PERFECT - From our first visit to Debbie’s Villas, to completion of our holiday, we couldn’t have wanted more. The choice of villas was amazing and with help and advice from the staff at Debbie’s Villas, we chose a 5 bed villa on the gated Emerald Island area. The villa we had was in an excellent location within the community, overlooking open grass, trees and lake, and not really overlooked by neighbouring villas. Such a well equipped, clean and spacious villa, plenty of everything you could possibly need. A beautiful pool area (we added heating at a reasonable cost), plenty of seating and sunbeds. The villa was an easy drive to the parks, around 15 minutes to some, 20 - 30 minutes to a few others. We arranged with Debbie’s Villas for a mobility scooter and a walker at a very reasonable price, both were at the villa awaiting our arrival, and were much appreciated. Overall, we could not have expected more and would highly recommend anyone thinking of booking a Florida Holiday, take a trip, or make a call to Debbie’s Villas, I’m so glad that we did.

We enjoyed our stay at Terra Verde very much. We didn't use the communal facilities on the resort but they looked very attractive and the whole place had a relaxing atmosphere. The private pool was super warm and would be very comfortable for small children and adults alike. The view from poolside was beautiful, overlooking the lake where fishing was available. The only small negative being the close proximity of another pool cage on one side, but that's often the case in Florida pool homes. It did not detract from our enjoyment of the pool at all. The house was very comfortable and bright. Access to the property was easy (after we discovered that the number entered on the electronic lock was followed by pressing the lock button to open the front door) The welcome pack was much appreciated. No complaints. Overall an excellent property. I would definitely consider booking with Debbie's Villas again in the future.

First time renting a villa, stayed at Bella Vida and it was fantastic, immaculately presented, very nicely situated for the parks. Especially enjoyed unwinding by the pool. Great job all around from everyone at Debbie's Villas you will certainly be my first point of call if I return to the Orlando area.
