Berry Town Center, a 15 minute walk from the villa, or just 2 minutes by car, has a Publix supermarket and selection of family restaurants for you to discover. A greater selection, satisfying all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements, can be found along the US192, a few miles north of the community. Theme parks are not too far away from Highlands Reserve, Disney World is just 20-25 minutes away, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are less than half an hour from here and Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park can be reached in as little as 30-35 minutes. The I-4 Highway is just south of the community, and this will lead you to Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Center and many of Florida’s award-winning beaches on both coastlines.
The spacious open-plan villa is a great choice for your family holiday to Orlando and will help everybody relax and forget about normal everyday living. The family lounge, filled with lots of natural light, has 3 comfy sofas positioned in front of the flatscreen TV. The nearby kitchen is large enough for many helpers to join forces to cook a meal or prepare packed lunches and has been equipped with all the appliances, gadgets and utensils you are likely to need. A dining table between the kitchen and doors leading to the sun-drenched pool deck seats 6 people and is a great spot for tea and toast each morning. A second dining table is close to the front door, a perfect setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing games and chatting.
The spacious Main bedroom is at the top of the stairs and has a King-size bed, a sofa and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is downstairs at the back of the villa on the left and has a Queen-size bed, this room is next to a bathroom with easy access to the pool deck. Bedroom 3 is upstairs at the back and has a Queen-size bed, this is next to the Harry Potter-themed Bedroom 4 which has Twin beds. Bedroom 5, a Yoda-themed room with Twin beds, is next to the Main bedroom. Lastly, Bedroom 6, downstairs to the right of the front door, is a Disney-themed room with Twin beds and a window overlooking the garden. All bedrooms have a flatscreen TV, so nobody has to miss out on watching their programme of choice if they want to have an early night after a busy day at the parks.
The games room will be where many long-lasting holiday memories are made as you play endless games of pool or table football against each other, with plenty of seating options for spectators on the side-lines. The community facilities, just 2 minutes’ walk from here, will provide you with the opportunity to meet up with other holidaymakers as you make full use of the outdoor pool, tennis court or children’s play area.
