Located in Kissimmee means that you are just a 10 minute drive away from the magic and excitement of Disney World, 15-20 minutes away from SeaWorld and Discovery Cove and less than 30 minutes away from Universal and International Drive. The US192 is a couple of miles from Emerald Island and has hundreds of family-friendly restaurants to choose from, catering for everyone’s tastes, budgets and appetites. On the resort itself there are plenty of facilities that guests have access to, including a heated swimming pool, Tiki bar, modern gym, sauna, games room, play area and outdoor courts for tennis and volleyball. These can all be found at the clubhouse, a few minutes’ drive from your villa, or 10-15 minute walk through the community if you prefer.

At the heart of everything is the kitchen, with all the appliances, equipment and utensils you are likely to need. A dining table with 4 seats is on one side of the kitchen, a great place to sit and enjoy breakfast as you decide on what you are going to do for the rest of the day, the second dining table is between the kitchen and the lounge and is a perfect place to sit in the evenings playing board games together. The lounge, filled with lots of natural light, has comfy sofas, a flatscreen TV and doors leading outside to the west-facing pool deck.
The Main bedroom is at the back of the house and has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom with a door out onto the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is behind the kitchen and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have Twin beds in them and are close to the family bathroom. Nobody has to miss out on watching their favourite programmes, each bedroom has a flatscreen TV.
Head to the games room and start making some long-lasting holiday memories as you play pool, table football or air hockey against other family members.
