Everything was good with the villa thank you. A couple of things didn’t work when we got there and the management company sorted them out straight away, they were super helpful. Debbie's Villas were great as always. We always use them and will definitely do so again.

Everything was perfect and the villa was perfect – we’d go back to that one again. The location was great. We only contacted the management company to ask about a late checkout and we were told we could have it. We were very grateful and made sure to do some washing of the bedding before we left. Debbie’s Villas were also helpful with calling us before we left home.

The villa was lovely and the location was close to everything. We called the management company once because we couldn't figure out the taps in the en-suite bathroom. They responded within 20 minutes and showed us how they worked! We would definitely recommend Debbie's Villas and will use you next time we decide to visit Orlando.

The villa at Southern Dunes was ideal for us. We were a group of 7 adults - with the size of the villa we never felt at anytime that we were living in each other's pockets. I would say to anyone that might be put off the pool when they see the pictures on the website with all the foliage around it - don't let it put you off - it doesn't block any sun out at all and you get sun on the pool all day! I would particularly compliment the villa management people - we had a severe thunderstorm one day when we were out at the parks. Came home to find that the power had been out. Discovered the next morning that the hot water heater hadn't come back on and we couldn't get it back on ourselves. We also discovered a tear in the pool enclosure. We phoned the company and left a message on their answer machine before we left in the morning and by the time we got home that night the old boiler was in the driveway and a new one installed!! The pool enclosure had also been fixed - amazing service! We wouldn't hesitate to go back to this villa and use Debbie's Villas again.

We have previously been to Florida with TUI using their villas and were disappointed with the condition on arrival as well as the fact that you cannot see what you are getting until you arrive. Your villa was exceptional and exactly as stated on the website and even better in person. It was lovely and clean and well maintained as well as all the appliances being first class especially the TV. We found everything so much easier with yourselves and communication was fantastic from start to finish especially the details regarding the villa and how to get from the airport which was all in the pack that you posted to us before our holiday. The icing on the cake is the view of the lake, waking up every morning to that was amazing and watching all the wildlife from your window. Looking forward to booking with Debbie's Villas again in the near future as you gave us a great Holiday experience.

This is our first time with Debbie's Villas, although we have been to Florida a few times before with other companies. Top marks to them, as any query/problem that we had was dealt with quickly and efficiently. It was a lovely villa and we will be looking to book a slightly more secluded villa for our next trip.

We had an issue with an en-suite, but it was fixed really quickly and didn’t inconvenience us in any way. The villa was superb so we would definitely use Debbie's Villas to book it next time. As usual we had a really good experience with Debbie’s Villa.

Our villa was class. We had a small issue with the toilet, but after calling the management company, they came and sorted it the same day while we were out — brilliant service, couldn’t ask for more. The photos on Debbie’s Villas were a true representation of the villa. The pool was class too.

When we arrived at villa an alarm was going off and we couldn't switch off. The management company eventually sorted it for us. After that we thoroughly enjoyed this villa. Very clean and nice touch with basics left to help for first day. Overall we were very happy with villa and would certainly use Debbie's Villas again.

We had a wonderful holiday — the villa was absolutely delightful and everything went perfectly. We're really happy with our stay. A big thank you to the management company for their quick and professional help when we had a minor issue with the pool. They were friendly, efficient, and sorted everything out straight away. We're thrilled to be returning to the same villa next September! As always, Debbie’s Villas exceeded expectations. We're returning customers and continue to be impressed. The welcome pack was excellent — really comprehensive and thoughtful. We were still making use of it even a week into the holiday! From start to finish, everything was faultless — from the detailed booklet and documents to the access codes and instructions. A truly seamless experience.

Just to say our stay here was just what we needed. Totally relaxing a perfect home from home with all the bits and pieces you would need, apart from a corkscrew. The garage games room was also well used. The pool area was well used and sunny from about 09.30 onwards with a large pool. We had to call the management company about a racoon problem and this was dealt with very promptly. All in all we would definitely use Debbie's Villas again.
