When you book a villa through Debbie’s Villas you are not just choosing a property to stay in for 2 or 3 weeks, you are choosing your home. We have been arranging holidays to the Sunshine State since 1999 so we know that we have the experience to give you a great holiday. Each of the properties on our website has been visited, inspected and passed by our team at Debbie’s Villas; if we wouldn’t stay there, why should you? The photos on our website are of the actual home you will be staying in and we should know, we have visited the home to take the photos or verify that the photos supplied by professional photographers are accurate. We also pay regular inspection visits to each of our properties and before each guest arrives we will do a walk-through of the property to avoid any last-minute glitches.
We have Orlando staff on call every day of your holiday, not just Monday to Friday during office hours, these are attentive, professional people who you can call on in times of emergency or if you have an issue with your villa.

If you make a new booking with us for a stay in 2021 or 2022 and your flight is cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions imposed by the British or US Governments, we will refund the cost of your accommodation with us. If you have purchased any other holiday elements with us as well, including Car Hire, Attraction Tickets or Flights, these costs will also be refunded. If you have an existing booking with us and you would like to move your booking because of Covid restrictions or flight cancellations, please contact us and we will do everything we can to assist you and ensure that your money is safe.
Package Holiday Protection
When you book a package holiday through Debbie’s Villas you are protected under the Package Travel Regulations and will be entitled to a full refund if your holiday does not go ahead. To book a Package you will need to book two different elements from us at the same time, or with just a few hours in between (before paying your deposit). These two elements can be your Villa and Car Hire, or Villa and Attraction Tickets, they cannot be Villa and BBQ hire or Mobility Scooter.
Debbie's Villas is a proud member of ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents) and our ABTA registration number is Y5238. We are ABTA PROTECTED. We are monitored by ABTA and adhere to their strict Codes of Conduct. We are also ATOL Protected, Licence Number 11188. If you book directly with a villa owner, you will not have this peace of mind.
Excellent Customer Service
Our customer service is second to none – but don’t take our word for it – our reviews page speaks volumes about us and that is the reason why we have so many guests coming back each time they choose Florida for their holiday.
We will call you in the days just before your holiday to make sure you have everything you need and to answer any last minute questions you may have. We also contact you once you have returned to make sure everything went well for you and to gain valuable feedback so that we can continue to improve our service.
We have experienced staff as well – every member of our sales team goes to Orlando regularly to inspect our villas and improve their knowledge so that they can be better served to assist you in making the right choices.
You may have read about a high frequency of 'holiday villa fraud', where customers are conned into thinking they are renting directly with the villa owner and unfortunately lose all their money - there is no such risk with Debbie's Villas, every villa we have on our website is genuine as we have visited every one and are in close contact with either the villa owner or the management company that look after it.

Easy to Contact
We don’t have an 0345 telephone number like some travel agents do – costing you 5p per minute to speak to them! Neither do we have anonymous 0800 phone numbers in a big call centre somewhere. Instead, we use a standard telephone number based in our office in Kent and we are open when you need us to be there to answer your questions – which includes evenings and weekends.

No Credit Card Surcharges!
Unlike our competitors, we do not apply a surcharge to any payments you make by credit card.
We Take Pride in our Villas
Because we visit every single villa on our website, and re-inspect them regularly, you can trust us knowing that the villa is exactly as described rather than relying on old photographs that might not be correct. We look at the little things as well, like the hairdryers, kitchen equipment and outside furniture so you will know exactly what you can expect when you arrive.
Free Welcome Pack
Whilst this is not enough to feed a large hungry family, we do provide a FREE Welcome Pack on arrival that typically contains milk, tea, coffee, sugar, fruit juice, carbonated soft drinks, water, bread, butter, cereal and biscuits. This means that you don’t immediately have to rush out and buy provisions to get you through the first evening.
Local Management Companies
All of our villas have local management teams looking after them to maintain the property and to assist customers if there is a problem. We only work with reputable management companies that have fulfilled our strict criteria (eg up to date licences in accordance with Florida law) and who we know will respond quickly to any problems you have whilst in the villa. This will give you additional peace of mind knowing that, should there be a problem, it will be rectified as soon as possible.
First Choice Villa not Available?
Very occasionally a villa may be sold by the owner - which means we would need to locate an alternative villa for you. However, as we have a large portfolio of villas and many contacts in Orlando, we will be able to quickly find you an alternative villa of the same standard (of your choice). If this happened with an "owner direct booking", you would unfortunately have to start your villa search from the very beginning, often waiting for a refund from the first booking before you can start your villa search again.
Emergencies in Orlando?
Because our contacts are vast, should an emergency occur whilst you are staying in the villa and you have to be re-housed, we will be able to arrange this quickly into a villa of your choice - if this event occurred with an owner booking, it's likely you would have to make your own arrangements.
