It was an amazing villa. From the minute we stepped in the door everyone’s faces were like ‘wow!’ We have no complaints, it was perfect. We only called the management company once, as the safe lost power (it turns out the batteries had fallen out) but they got it open. We would definitely use Debbie’s Villas again and please send our compliments to the villa owners – it had everything we needed and more!

We had a wonderful time and the villa was as wonderful as the last time we stayed there. My request for white wine instead of red wine was taken into account. Our stay was brilliant. Absolutely perfect. An amazing villa at amazing value for money. Just four of us stayed in this 4 bedroomed villa with its own private pool and it was such sheer luxury. We would definitely use Debbie’s Villas again. Everything went smoothly from the self-check in to our sad goodbye’s at the end of our stay. I have recommended you to all my friends and family! We loved the villa and it made our stay in Orlando extra special. The villa itself was exceptional with plenty of space and bathrooms, and nice touches like the games room which we utilised. The pool facilities in both the villa and clubhouse were excellent, and accessibility to and from the villa was well managed and stress free. We had an issue with opening the safe upon arrival which was rectified after contacting Debbie's Villas and I appreciate the speed with which this was undertaken and corrected. All in all we'll definitely look to book with Debbie's Villas again in the future.

The shower leak and pool heat issues were sorted out really quick. Someone came round from the management company and they were really helpful. The issues didn’t tarnish the holiday. The villa was fantastic, the photos don’t do it justice and it was far better than expected. We would 100% book with Debbie's Villas again, the service end to end was great.

3rd time staying in this villa - such a lovely place and well kept. We called the management company as we had to add someone to the gate - but this was done for us with no issue at all. Very pleased with the overall service and will be using Debbie's Villas again in the future.

We were very happy with the villa. Just so that you know some of the pool panels were covered in moss, you could only see this at night time. It wasn’t a problem for us, I just wanted to highlight it as it didn’t look very nice. Everything else was as expected in the villa. Enjoyed the welcome pack sent in the post before we travelled, would highly recommend Debbie's Villas.

Very nice. However – we were hit by lightning!! It was in Solterra just outside the villa. Then we lost electricity, hot water, the lamps blew, wifi went and the pool motor too. Management were good about it, the younger people were devastated about the internet but they went and got a hub that night, took a couple of days to sort the water but they had to get a new pool motor and everything. Lovely time – nice villa. We’d definitely use Debbie's Villas again, they’re in our diary, however I’m not sure we’d go to Solterra again – maybe ChampionsGate next time. We had a wonderful holiday.

The villa was exactly as described and the pool was big, so we were very pleased with this. We didn't need to call the villa management company for any reason at all during our stay and will use Debbie's Villas again in the future.

We picked a south facing pool deck but felt that the trees overshadowed the pool deck. The villa was nice. We would stay here again - loved the location. Most positive experience booking with Debbie's Villas, we used to use a different company but both time's there was an issue and problems. We love Debbie's Villas and their service. We recommend them to all friends and family and will be back as we go to Orlando most years.

I am just writing this email for the best experience we have had renting a villa in Orlando in 30 years I have been going to Orlando. Every member of the party loved this villa and it was 100% the best villa I have stayed at in. We will definitely be booking again with Debbie's Villas again in future trips, again a massive thank you for the best experience we have had going to Orlando.

Perfect. We did have an issue a few days before we left with the pool heat but it got sorted straight away. That was great. It was everything you said it would be – we’d definitely use Debbie's Villas again.

The villa was perfect, we loved it, didn’t want to leave. We really liked the little touches, such as the welcome pack was perfect for what we needed, the pools towels, the store cupboard with pool toys, the coffee maker etc. So lots of little great touches. When we go to Orlando next, I shall be booking through Debbie's Villas again.

Debbie's Villas were fantastic at keeping us up to date and answering my millions of questions that I had before went well. The scooter was delivered and, in the villa, already and set up for us with instructions of we needed them. I think the only thing we found was the instructions for bins wasn't really clear as we didn't know if the two bins were for everything or recycling. Other than that the villa was well equipped for everything we needed and we loved the welcome package too. We had such an amazing time that we are planning our next trip for 2 years time.

The villa was great — we had no issues at all. We really enjoyed our stay, and honestly, Debbie's Villas saved us when our flight home was cancelled and Aer Lingus didn’t provide any alternative accommodation.
