The holiday was absolutely fantastic, we had a great time and already missing it. The villa was a bit dated, you could tell it hadn’t had an upgrade in a while but it wasn’t anything that spoilt the holiday. It was a really nice villa overall and Debbie’s Villas have been brilliant. We would book with them again and we’re already looking.

We had a really lovely time, and the villa was perfect for us. The villa was very clean, tidy, and it looked like the photos online. The kids loved the Mickey Mouse themed bedroom. We had no issues and didn’t need to report anything to the management company. We would recommend to everyone to book with Debbie's Villas, and we will be in touch in a few years when we decide to go again. We thought the welcome basket was a thoughtful touch and it was especially welcomed after a day of travelling.

It was all lovely. There were a couple of little niggles at the start, one of which I put down to jet lag, where I couldn’t work out how to turn up the TV. The other was the fan wouldn’t switch on and the pool looked dirty but the management office sorted these quickly the next day. The management office were very helpful and arranged a later checkout for me too. Debbie’s Villas were all very helpful too.

Had a great time and the villa was fantastic. Loads of extra linen, loved the welcome pack, everything was really clean and the children's rooms were lovely. One of my friends has booked for 2028 with Debbie's Villas also. Did note a couple of small animal droppings near the lanai but didn't mention as everything else was so perfect. Would definitely book with Debbie's Villas again.

We had a lovely 3 weeks, the villa was just as advertised, very comfortable. The only thing that could impact future customers if you wanted to mention it is that if you are planning on doing a Disney/Universal parks type holiday (that wasn’t our focus so it didn’t really impact us) with the many many roadworks being carried out on Orlando roads travel time realistically to parks from this location can be an hour plus - all out of your control I appreciate but we have had many Orlando trips and this is the first time we sat in traffic every day sometimes barely moving!! We will heartily recommend Debbie's Villas to all and sundry and will definitely use your services in the future.

Everything was fine in the villa, we would just like to recommend thicker curtains in the front bedroom as the streetlight was shining in quite brightly at night, also the facility to watch Netflix/Amazon tv in the living room would be great. The villa was wonderful, it was clean and tidy. The only thing of note was the swimming pool water level was really low at times and it was gurgling and we never seen any instructions on what to do for this. But apart from this we had a wonderful time using one of Debbie's Villas villas.

Amazing trip. Outdated info on trash days though, one of the kitchen cupboards' broken on arrival. Broken acrylic nail found on one of the single beds- perhaps broken nail of someone in the housekeeping team. Other than this no issues, photos a good reflection of the home and would use Debbie's Villas again in the future.

This was the first time we’ve used Debbie’s Villas. We travel to Florida frequently, normally once every year, although we don’t always visit the Orlando area. Overall were pleased with the villa and the standard of accommodation. The kitchen was well provisioned and we appreciated the welcome pack and kettle! The location of the estate was good for the attractions and the gated-security reassuring. It was a good villa. I appreciated the check-in call just before we departed the UK and thought the information provision was very good with clear instructions. The only problem we experienced was the pool temperature. This was cold on our arrival date, Friday, and the following day, Saturday. We are used to pools at villas and have realistic expectations about pool heating. The water coming into the pool did not appear to be heated on these days - it felt the same temperature. It was disappointing and having paid £200 had hoped for better. We raised it with Debbie's Villas and they responded promptly and had someone from the management company attend. By Sunday evening the pool was warm and suitable for use.

Just to confirm all was absolutely fine with the villa and we had a lovely holiday. The only thing I could think of is that the shower water in the master bedroom was a little slow to go down. We appreciate the effort to make it so clean and put together for our arrival. I would say the price point is accurate, it is like many on the older side but very clean and welcoming. As always we would book with Debbie's Villas again.

Villa was great – bathrooms let it down a little. We did tell the management company about an issue with one bathroom and they came and fixed it the next day so that was reasonable. The villa is in a lovely position and it was all fine, I think it looked better than the pictures. I would just say it’s getting a little old in places but nothing wrong with it – we’d be happy to go again. We are very happy with Debbie’s Villas too.

The villa was fantastic, exactly what we wanted and more. The photos didn’t do it justice. The views over the golf course were stunning and perfect after a day at the parks. The villa was spotless, very well equipped (kitchen/laundry, towels, games, TV etc), lovely pool (we paid for heating which was cash well spent) and we all loved the pool table. There were 3 dish washer and 3 laundry tablets but we needed to buy extras (and have left large packets for the next guests and it would good to leave all those tablets rather than only leaving 3). The only real downside, which is an external factor, are the roadworks and awful mid-week traffic. So the timings on the website don’t currently ring true. Getting to/from Universal took at least an hour, our worst journey taking 1hr 20mins. Disney was more like 50mins, so double the stated times. I know it states in the brochure that the BBQ gas is for the incoming guests to deal with. Annoyingly we only got one use before it ran out. Not a huge issue but it meant one dinner was ruined. Ideally a full gas tank would be available. The communication with Debbie’s Villas has been excellent, so thank you! We’d absolutely use Debbie’s Villas again but would look at villas closer to the parks next time given the traffic.

The villa was absolutely perfect, everything was thought of, it was so well equipped and spotless. The pool area was wonderful and there was a BBQ we could use. It was in a great place on a gated community. We had nothing to complain about. The I4 was the biggest problem but that was nothing to do with Debbie’s Villas, the traffic can’t be helped and it didn’t detract from the holiday. Thank you for all of your help.

The location couldn’t have been more perfect and there was a huge Walmart at the bottom of the road. There were a few little things with the villa that needed attention – the dishwasher door was coming unhinged and was a bit rickety. It was due some TLC and a lick of paint and it needed a new fridge. Otherwise it was clean, had great facilities and the bedroom layout worked well. We weren’t sure how the pool heat worked, as it was solar heated. We didn’t know if we needed to switch the heater on anywhere or whether it was just cooler on the second week due to being overcast. It didn’t spoil anything, we weren’t sure how it worked. The welcome pack on arrival was really welcome! We probably wouldn’t go at Easter time again, as it was very busy. The booking information from Debbie’s Villas was spot on and we had a great experience with them.
