The villa was lovely and as we expected, although the pool was actually bigger than the photos would have us believe - the kids loved it. The service from Debbie's Villas was great and we will definitely use you again.

Just to say our stay here was just what we needed. Totally relaxing a perfect home from home with all the bits and pieces you would need, apart from a corkscrew. The garage games room was also well used. The pool area was well used and sunny from about 09.30 onwards with a large pool. We had to call the management company about a racoon problem and this was dealt with very promptly. All in all we would definitely use Debbie's Villas again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this villa.The accommodation was lovely and spacious as described. It was clean and tidy and everything was provided that we needed. The lovely pool had the sun all day long.The car hire went smoothly.We had such a brilliant holiday we have re-booked the villa and car next year as we were so pleased how smoothly everything went. Thank you for a great holiday, I’ve dealt with many holiday companies over the years but never one like Debbie’s Villas from start to finish everything was smooth and efficient. I loved the free welcome hamper it’s the best we’ve had to the check in phone calls and the postal pack, I’m sad Debbie’s Villas doesn’t go outside of Orlando Florida. I’d definitely book every future Florida holiday with yourselves.

The villa was great and exactly as expected. We were very pleased. The only slight issue we had, was that due to it being a big estate, there were often queues down the road from the security gate, so it was sometimes difficult getting in and out. We would consider Debbie's Villas if we travel to Orlando again.

The villa was absolutely brilliant and was perfect for our needs. Our daughter is in a wheelchair so it is vital that the villa lived up to its online hype and this most certainly did. The description on the website was spot-on! It was in a convenient location and we will be booking it again for next year through Debbie's Villas.

Our holiday was fantastic, and the villa was absolutely lovely—just as superb as it looked on Debbie’s Villas website. We reached out to the management company to request a late checkout due to our late flight, but unfortunately, the villa had a back-to-back booking with another arrival the same day, so it wasn’t possible. Once again, we were very pleased with the service from Debbie’s Villas—everything was perfect and ran smoothly from start to finish. We were especially impressed that you took the time to contact us about our flight delay—great customer care!

The Villa was exceptional. Everything about it was 1st class (with the exception of a very outdated pool table - only thing we could fault). Can't speak highly enough of the service and quick actions from Victoria, who within a few hours, and it only took that time due to time difference, literally turned a nightmare scenario into the fantastic family holiday we hoped for. Will most certainly use Debbies Villas again for our next trip to Florida and will highly recommend your company. Cannot recommend Debbie's Villas highly enough. From villa selection options, only needing a deposit to secure our holiday accommodation to really great communication (including local special occasion recommendations) and easy payment system, you couldn't ask for an easier - or better - place to book your Orlando villa holiday. Many thanks for all the assistance & all the information supplied (including photos) about our villa was spot on. Local assistance was great too. Where the Villa was located (20 minutes from Disney!) and its amenities suited us down to the ground. A fully equipped house with private pool and BBQ (optional) & when I say fully equipped, I mean it. Apart from needing toiletries, food & additional bin bags, everything else is provided. I'll finish as I started - cannot recommend Debbie's Villas highly enough - many thanks for making our holiday stress-free & very special.

This is a lovely, peaceful location and this is our second time here. This villa is in a residential area rather than a rental zone which makes it nice and quiet for us. We called the Management Company regarding an issue and they were very helpful. We have already booked again with Debbie's Villas for a trip in the late summer.

We did everything on our list and more! Kennedy Space Center was brilliant – haven’t been in a long while but there is so much to see there. The villa was stunning, it worked so well and we felt very secure. Debbie's Villas looked after us very well and we would definitely recommend and use Debbie’s Villas again.

We had a lovely stay at the villa which was of a good standard. Pool was fantastic and pleased we had heated. Didn’t use the sun loungers but sat out a lot. It was so reassuring to have the pool fence. Kitchen well stocked but would benefit from a couple of more baking trays. The beds were really comfy and as an extended family visiting allowed great flexibility. Each room had a tv which had a good source of free channels, films, documentaries e.t.c. Would certainly book through you again. On this occasion we had already sourced our flights but would do as a package in the future as we were to the wire if the youngest would be well enough to go and we would have had greater security to have changed the holiday if necessary through our holiday insurance. Your team were so responsive when we enquired re possibility of late check out and adding on the extras we had. Thank you so much for all you did.

Emily was so helpful and patient helping us secure an alternative option, I can’t thank her enough. Nothing was too much trouble. This is our third year booking with Debbie’s Villas and I would not go anywhere else now to book our Florida holidays. The customer service is second to none.
