The villa was very nice, we’ve stayed with Debbie’s Villas before – everything was as expected and no hiccups. There were a couple of minor things we noticed, like the outside TV didn’t work and the air hockey in the games room wasn’t working either but otherwise it was great.

Windsor Palms is really well looked after. The guys on the gate are the best as the way they look after everyone. I had no problems with the villa. It is kept well with themed style rooms. The beds are the best compared to any villa I have ever stayed in...the cooker washing machine and dryer and dishwasher are like new. The spa is the best, as for the size of the pool it's the best I have been in for years. Everything in the villa was just perfect. Thank you to everyone in Debbie's Villas, a person can always trust Debbie's Villas. They will always look after you in full, and there is nothing they will not try their best to help you with. Even supplying a mobility scooter for someone who has walking problems. Thank you to everyone, and obviously to all those working in the background for keeping everything so perfect. Thank you so very much for always going the extra mile for us.

The villa was absolutely amazing, we couldn’t fault anything and the welcome pack was lovely. The toilet handle broke during our stay but the management team sorted it and was fine afterwards. It’s not a complaint at all but we just noticed a few cockroaches but it’s Florida, so not unusual and may also be to do with the higher temperatures. Otherwise, we had a fabulous stay and will look to use Debbie’s Villas in the future – we can’t fault the service and everything was so simple. We would stay at the same villa again if we could, as the facilities were great.
Debbie's Villas Response: As you say, cockroaches are a common sight in Orlando but we have asked the management company to take a look at the situation and, if necessary, provide further pest control treatment.

Brilliant! The villa was lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed both the pool and our overall stay. We honestly couldn't fault a thing. We also couldn't fault Debbie's Villas and the excellent service they provided. Every time I called, the team couldn't do enough to help and were always friendly and happy to assist.

The villa was fantastic, we had the most amazing holiday, it was roomy and lovely and clean. We were really pleased; the welcome pack was really appreciated . The only thing we would mention is the sunbeds could definitely do with some cushions as they were quite hard to lay on, the bottom of the pool also looks like it may need relining, neither of these affected our stay or enjoyment. We will absolutely be booking with Debbie’s Villas once again in the future.

The villa was good, we had a few issues with the pool heat and lighting however this was rectified, the only thing I would mention is the pool heater kept tripping. The kids loved the Mario room and argued over who would be sleeping there, there were changes of rooms most nights. Debbie’s Villas were great and supportive wish we had found them sooner.

There was an issue with the electricity at the villa we originally booked but the service from Debbie's Villas was great and they managed to rehouse us into this villa and we had a great time here. Great customer service and we would use Debbie's Villas again.

We’re also really pleased with Debbie’s Villas, they're really helpful even when we had a few hiccups, they helped us resolve these. Have just returned from a fabulous holiday to Florida and wanted to say a massive thank you to Debbie’s Villas. Our villa was in a great location especially for all the Disney Parks and also to local shops, stores and restaurants. The villa itself was perfect for our stay and although we had a few issues with one of the bathroom doors and the air conditioning these were dealt with efficiently by the management company with no issues. The grandchildren absolutely loved the pool even at the end of an exhausting day they still had time for a splash around to cool off. Great stay and great villa, thank you Debbie’s Villas.

We had an amazing time, it was such a good holiday. The villa was easy to find and we had no problems getting in on arrival. It was spacious, spotless and the pool area was lovely. We could also see wildlife such as alligators on the lake out the back. If I had to be picky, the villa could do with some extra utensils and a couple of things such as the showers and dishwasher need looking at. The welcome pack on arrival was great. We would stay here again and definitely use Debbie’s Villas again.

The villa was spot on, everything was perfect, we contacted the management company about lights and a wasp nest these we rectified quickly, they were very friendly. We stayed a few doors down last year; we like the area. This is our second time booking with Debbie’s Villas and we would definitely use you again, your very responsive, we can’t fault you.

We want to say that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were very impressed that the issues that we raised were addressed immediately & sorted out. The only issue was that the bed downstairs could benefit from a wax or silicone spray as it creaked at times & would wake us up at night. Our Grandsons thoroughly enjoyed their themed bedrooms as well as the pool. We liked having the BBQ. We put a flat folded card box underneath to catch any drips. This worked well. May I make a suggestion about the kitchen. It would have been nice to have egg cups, a small sieve & a plastic jug, otherwise we found the kitchen well stocked. We will certainly recommend Debbie’s Villas to our friends. Once again, thank you so much for your help.

I would like to say a big thank you to Debbie's Villas for supporting EntityXMajors on their 3 week visit to Florida! It took lots of organisation and I would like to thank Emily for all her emails, reminders and follow ups - they were so helpful! The villas were great, as usual (security on the gate proved a little tricky at times, however I had no issues at all!!). As always, correspondence between Debbie’s Villas and the client is brilliant and they are always only at the end of a phone call or email and that is really appreciated! The girls loved their time in Florida and thank you again for your support from start to finish with this huge trip and we will definitely use you again for our travels in the future.

The villa was fine. We did have an issue with the tumble dryer not working but didn’t report it was, we dried clothes without this. Thought photos were a true representation of the villa. Would use Debbie’s Villas again in the future.

We couldn’t fault it. There was some staining on the carpets but this is to be expected in a rental property and otherwise it was clean and tidy. We would highly recommend Debbie’s Villas.
