Our holiday was wonderful. The villa was well presented with everything we needed. We had to contact the managers on a few occasions for minor issues/questions. The service was very helpful, friendly and timely and the minor issues rectified very promptly. The couple of minor things we needed (e.g. new bulb in swimming pool and how to unlock one of the bathroom doors which had locked itself we’re dealt with very promptly.) We also found booking through your company very easy and any changes we needed or any help, questions etc we’re dealt with very quickly. We would definitely book again. Thank you

The villa was as described and photographed on your website. It was immaculately clean, well furnished and on our chosen development. The service and communication from yourselves was excellent. The villa we stayed in was absolutely perfect and the Welcome Basket was just amazing (after such a long trip). The villa was so well-stocked and catered for every eventuality and we had a great time there. Thank you so much for making our holiday such a memorable one. We won't hesitate in using your company again and from start to finish, your staff have been superb.

Superb, couldn't fault it, the villa was excellent. We got help immediately when we reported a pool issue. Couldn't have been better. On arrival - we get a postcode which we put in the satnav but it took us to the wrong house. We changed the satnav to house number and road name and took us straight there so just wanted to let you know in case others have the same problem.

We had a fantastic time, the villa was incredible with amazing facilities like the games room and Princess and Star Wars themed bedrooms, which the kids loved. I felt completely confident booking with Debbie's Villas, excellent communication. I'd definitely book through them again.

Location: Excellent Villa Size: Excellent Villa Condition: Excellent Villa Facilities: Excellent We had a couple of minor problems with repair to pool netting and fire alarm batteries, but once reported they were quickly responded to, very good maintenance response. Only one minor comment is that the WiFi was not the best, but did not impact our stay. Overall: Excellent Your customer service during booking was also excellent. Certainly will recommend Debbie's Villas.

Absolutely fantastic, amazing holiday, amazing memories, we absolutely loved the villa. We met a lady from the management company and she had a really good chat with us about things to do in the area but absolutely no issues with the villa at all, we loved it. We got everything from you; car, villa, flights and tickets and really happy with everything that we did so if we were going to do anything again we’d come right back to you.

Excellent – villa and service was fab, we’ve recommended you already. Communication has been really great. Everything as expected, tidy, clean and lots of spare bedding. If I had to mention one thing there was no baking tray so we bought one and left it there and I’m sure if we’d have reported it they’d have brought one round.

Absolutely marvellous. We reported a couple of things but they were sorted straight away. It’s just getting used to re-setting the telly every time there is a thunderstorm. It’s a great place and we’d go there again!

We have been to Florida 7 times, this is the first time we done a villa – it was fantastic! Everything ticked the box. Great location, fantastic villa, everything we wanted. We definitely want to go back to the states and we would definitely use Debbie’s Villas.

It was great thank you. Had to report a pool screen that was damaged in a storm but they were out the next day to fix it. Everything was as expected and great service from Debbie’s Villas.

Absolutely brilliant, fantastic, well equipped and well looked-after. We arrived and the pool door had come off its runner, we reported to the management company the next day and was fixed that same day. Pool maintenance came out twice and kept the pool tidy. All the instructions were spot on. The kids loved it! We would come back to you when we are ready to book next – no question!

Fantastic villa. The kids loved everything about it and we had an amazing time together. The villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Would certainly recommend this home and this community, really easy to get to everywhere from here. Debbie's Villas have been amazing.
