Making the right choice for your holiday home is important, but so is choosing the right community to stay on. Here is an in-depth look at each of the communities we have rental villas, town homes and apartments on in the popular Orlando areas of Kissimmee, Davenport, Clermont and Haines City. Acadia Estates

Acadia Estates is a small gated community in Kissimmee, very close to Disney World theme parks. The popular US192 will take care of all your shopping and dining options and this is less than a mile from your villa. Most of the privately owned rental villas on this community have games rooms and a south or west-facing private pool and spa. Orlando’s other attractions, including Universal Resorts, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are easy to reach from here, and many of Florida’s award-winning beaches beaches on both coastlines are less than 2 hours drive away via the easy-to-reach I-4 Highway.

Aviana

Aviana is a popular gated community in Davenport close to Disney World, Universal and all other Orlando attractions and theme parks. The resort has plenty of year-round facilities for guests to use within the community including a heated pool, clubhouse, fishing lake and well-equipped gym. Many of our modern private rental villas offer well-equipped games rooms, home cinemas and a south or west-facing pool and spa, Aviana is a highly recommended community for your family holiday to Florida. A wide range of shops, restaurants and golf courses can be found within a few minutes drive of here.
