Although making the right villa choice is important, sometimes guests want a particular community to stay on because of the amenities on offer there. Here is an in-depth view of each of the communities that we have villas located on, together with some photographs. We have tried to be as accurate as possible with the information we have displayed but please be aware that any services, facilities or opening times maybe subject to change. These changes are outside of our control and we often don’t know about them beforehand.


Entrance to Aviana

Aviana is a quiet gated community, an ideal retreat from hectic days at the parks and is situated within 30 minutes drive of Orlando’s theme parks and attractions. Within 5 minutes you can reach restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The clubhouse is one of the first things you come across as you enter the community and offers a range of facilities. A gym, volleyball court, children’s play area, communal pool and spa and a well-stocked fishing lake, free to use for guests staying in Aviana.

Bella Piazza

Bella Piazza, completed in 2008, is a community made up of Mediterranean-style condos, between the US192 and the I-4 highway just off the US27. A supermarket, bars and small range of restaurants are just a 5-minute walk away at the Berry Town Centre. With plenty of resort facilities to use and the Disney theme parks being just a 15-20 minute car journey away this community is a sublime choice for all families no matter what their age.

Bella Vida

Just off the US192 is the Bella Vida Resort built between 2007 and 2012. Bella Vida is an Italian inspired resort, home to luxury villas and fifteen acres of lakes. A Walmart is within walking distance and the Disney theme parks are a fifteen minute drive away.

Bridgeford Crossing

Bridgeford Crossing is a quiet, scenic community sitting midway between the US27 and the US17. Construction started in 2007 and continues through 2015 where brand new houses are being completed and sold on the current market. At the heart of the community is Lake Davenport where you will find plenty of Florida’s exotic wildlife. Many of Orlando’s theme parks such as the Disney theme parks, Universal Studios and SeaWorld can all be reached in less than 30 minutes.

Bridgewater Crossing

Bridgewater Crossing is a picturesque 78 acre community of approximately 220 homes built between 1999 and 2005. Good road links for this community mean that Disney is within a 15-20 minute drive away, Universal is about 25 minutes and the Orlando International airport is about a half hour drive away. Peaceful tree-lined sidewalks, beautiful lakes and a community swimming pool are just a few of the facilities on offer for guests staying here.

Calabay Parc

Calabay Parc is a well-kept mature community just off the US27, five minutes away from both the popular US192 and the I-4 highway. Shops, restaurants, golf courses and theme parks are all within easy driving distances. The community, built around 2003, with just over 300 residences has a mixture of homes from 3 to 6 bedrooms built on large plots with well-maintained gardens on gently winding boulevards.

ChampionsGate - The Retreat

Welcome to Championsgate

The Retreat is a large, resort-style sub-community, which sits within one the most popular destinations in Florida, ChampionsGate. With plenty of amenities within the community grounds including a movie theatre, a full restaurant, swimming pools including a lazy river and water slides, a swim-up bar and sports courts. Disney theme parks are just 15 minutes from the community.

Clear Creek

Clear Creek is conveniently situated just off the US27, one mile north of the busy US192 with its fantastic choice of shops and restaurants. This small and cosy community built in 2001 has a mixture of permanent residents and holiday homes. A large 24hr Walmart is a few minutes drive away for all of your shopping needs, while Disney World and the I-4 highway to all other attractions are a few miles away.

Creekside is a quiet community situated on the east side of Kissimmee, close to the popular US192. A wide range of shops and restaurants are within a few minutes drive and the Disney area can be reached in approximately ten minutes. Renters can also enjoy the lovely lake on Creekside which makes a great setting for a picnic.

Crescent Lakes

Crescent Lakes is a large, well-kept, community built between 1999 and 2005 down the Poinciana Boulevard at the Kissimmee end of the US192. Its homes offer both lake and green space views on generous-sized plots, and the community has a large play and picnic area that the whole family can enjoy. Shops, restaurants and Disney World are all about 15 minutes away, whilst SeaWorld, Universal and all other attractions are approximately 30 minutes drive.

Crestwynd Bay

Crestwynd Bay, built in 2007, is a small, peaceful gated community with luxurious homes in a location deemed as exemplary. Situated less than a mile away from the US192, Disney can be reached in five minutes making it the ideal stay for those looking to explore the theme parks with family and friends.

Crystal Cove

Crystal Cove is a tree-lined gated resort in Kissimmee with almost 200 homes. The historic Old Town of Kissimmee, with its selection of shops and restaurants, is a few minutes drive away, including a 24hr Super Walmart store. The Disney theme parks are about 15 minutes away, whilst SeaWorld, Universal and all other attractions are approximately 30 minutes drive.

Cumbrian Lakes

Cumbrian Lakes is a gated community of approximately 300 homes set in a 120 acre conservation area. A nature trail, four lakes, streets lined with mature oak trees and a children's play area all help provide a perfect place to relax. The peaceful community is also a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the attractions or shopping malls, yet lies just 15 minutes away from Disney theme parks.

Cypress Pointe

Construction of the 69 villas on the small, gated community of Cypress Pointe began in 2007 and was completed in 2013. Surrounded by natural wetland, mature trees and beautiful conservation, just a mile from the Ronald Reagan Parkway, this quiet community is just 20-30 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Florida’s main tourist spot in a peaceful location suitable for all families ranging in age.

Emerald Island

The world famous Emerald Island resort is tucked just off the famous US192 and is, as its name suggests, a jewel ready to be enjoyed. The elegant dolphin statue at the entrance of the community leads the way to the manned gated entrance. Disney theme parks are situated just a few miles away and the bustling US192, renowned for its shops and restaurants, is even closer. The I-4 highway leading to Universal, SeaWorld and some of Florida’s finest beaches is just a short drive away.

Encantada Resort is a five-star gated townhome complex sitting along the popular tourist corridor US192. Guests staying here get to use all of the fantastic resort facilities free of charge, including the gym, high-speed wi-fi and fabulous swimming pools. Each townhome here has their own pool as well, so you really are spoilt for choice when you choose this resort.

Florida Pines

As you drive into the community the white picket fence overlooking the green fields gives Florida Pines a real country feel. The community was built in 2002 and is situated just off the US27 and a few miles south of the popular tourist corridor of the US192. The I-4 highway is a short drive south from here as well meaning that Florida Pines is ideally situated to reach all the places you want to visit.

Formosa Gardens

Formosa Gardens, built around 2003, is an exclusive gated development of extra large homes in what is often described as ‘the perfect location’. The bustling US192 is a mere two minutes away and Disney is about 5 minutes drive.

Four Corners

Community of Four Corners

Built around 2005, the 360 homes of Four Corners sit just off the US27. DisneyWorld theme parks are a short drive away along the tourist corridor of the US192 with its wide choice of shops and restaurants. Supermarkets and golf can also be found within a 2-3 minute drive, as can the I-4 highway and Posner Park retail development.

Glenbrook Resort

Glenbrook is a small community of 266 villas on the US27, just 8 miles from Disney theme parks. Resort facilities include a family swimming pool, fitness centre, clubhouse with free wi-fi, tennis court, volleyball court, pool and air hockey tables. A wide range of shops and restaurants sit conveniently close, either on the US27 or just along the US192.
