The villa was huge and had plenty of room for 3 families to all be together. It was very nicely decorated and looked like the pictures online. We had no pool heating for the first week as it was broken, we reported this on the Sunday evening, and the management company had it fixed by the Monday afternoon for us. We regularly book with Debbie’s Villas and couldn’t recommend them enough.
“villa was fine …”
Everything was fine, villa was fine. The recycling bins didn't look like they'd been collected on the last day, that was the only thing to mention. We called the management company once about the wifi but we couldn't get through to them. We contacted Debbie's Villas instead and it was sorted.

Everything was really good. This is the first time we’ve booked with Debbie's Villas but our family has used them previously – I would definitely use Debbie's Villas again.

Positives : Villa was lovely & in a good location which was quiet and great to come back to after a day at the parks - also handy for Walmart ! We used the walking track on the estate around the larger lake and saw lots of bats and wildlife. Even saw deer outside the back of our villa. Negatives : coffee machine had not been cleaned at all with a dirty pod left in it - the bathroom on the downstairs had black hairs in the drawer with the hairdryer… I had to clean these out … Only one toilet roll provided in each bathroom with no spares anywhere! I would expect one spare minimum. The information sheet that was posted out to us had an outdated phone number on it for contacting the management company (we phoned them to discuss heating the pool which we decided not to in the end). Other than the above comments I was impressed with the service that we received from Debbie’s Villas - my request for a late check out was dealt with by you really well and communication was good.

We have spoken with the management company who have, in turn, reported these cleaning issues with the team responsible. They have been reminded that the coffee machine and drawers need to be checked as part of their routine. With regards lack of toilet rolls, these are self-catering homes and spare items and it is standard to only provide one roll per toilet. The contact phone number has been updated. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention and we apologise if they caused you any inconvenience.
“Tuscan Ridge…”
My family stayed at Tuscan Ridge ( 9th - 16 th of February). We loved the images of this villa but our experience was marrred by the following, 1 The carpet in the living area and bedrooms was a shag pile and was dirty and stained. The carpet was deteriorating around the gripper in parts and my grandsons foot was punctured. 2. The oven billowed black smoke and set off5(3 fire alarms in the house. We also found out that the fan in the oven kept switching off when we tried to cook chicken. 3. The pool had a major intermittent fault. We found the spa pool would switch itself on and was fierce. This happened through the night 4 times. This disrupted the sleep of the two couples sleeping on the ground floor. Additional noise came from the pool generator overnight when the pool should actually be off. 4.The villa in my opinion was dated and could do with an internal facelift. I reported all of these issues to Tony who manages the building. He was helpful but could do nothing short term for the issues I raised. I also emailed Debbie Villas UK who again were responsive and pleasant. Our break was spoiled by the issues I mentioned and although I expected some sort of response from Debbie’s VILLAS when I returned home I have heard nothing. I am not at all impressed with Debbie’s Villas customer service I feel concerned that it was felt okay to hire out a villa with the issues I raised. We all felt disappointed.

The villa was great and had everything you could want and need. The villa was lovely and clean, and the community was great and very close to all the parks. The villa accurately matched the pictures online and we didn’t need to contact the management company for any reason. Thank you Debbie’s Villas for organising the refund on pool heating as the weather had a drop in temperature, we would definitely book through you again.

We had a great stay. We did experience a few minor issues early on, including a leaking sink, an ant problem, and a missing ironing board and iron. Unfortunately, the management company’s phone number wasn’t working, so we contacted Debbie's Villas directly. Debbie’s Villas were able to reach the management company for us, and they promptly came and fixed the sink, addressed the pest issue, and even provided us with two irons, which was much appreciated. The villa looked even better than the photos online.

We had a fantastic time; it was the coolest we have ever seen Orlando with one of the days reaching -6 degrees. As a result of this we did have a few issues with the smoke detectors and the cold, but Debbie’s Villas and the management company were very prompt to respond. The only other minor thing was we noticed a little bit of a leak underneath the left-hand sink in the main bedroom en-suite, but we didn’t use it after realising this. Overall though the villa was grand we didn’t have any problems.

The villa was fine, it was clean, well-presented and recognisable from the website photos. We had an issue with the keypad getting in on arrival but the management company were helpful and we got in fine after that. There were no issues with the villa but we wouldn’t stay on the same community again, just because it was in the Disney area and the traffic getting around was awful. We hadn’t used Debbie’s Villas before but they tried hard to find us an alternative villa when we couldn’t have our original one. Everything happened fine when we got there and they responded to our queries. Just one bit of feedback – we had the access information posted to us around Christmas but we went away early so we didn’t receive it in time and had to have it emailed. It would be better if the information was emailed rather than posted.

Lovely villa, very clean and modern. The villa looked exactly like the photos. We were worried about booking as we have never stayed in a villa before, but Debbie’s Villas made it very easy. We didn’t have to contact the management company for any reason, and we’d be more than happy to stay there again.

We booked with Debbie's Villas, the booking process was so easy. We arrived at Windsor Hills on 15th December unfortunately we were not registered at the resort, after chatting to the agent we were allowed in. Our villa in its day would be one of the best on Windsor Hills, unfortunately it was tired, well lived in and in need of a good clean. Outside was a beautiful area but sunbeds and tables were very dirty. I contacted Debbie's Villas and they immediately contacted the management company. They came out the same day and rectified our complaints. Although we were disappointed we had a fantastic time. Debbie's Villas were excellent, to be fair the management company were lovely people and did what they said they would. We would use both again. Thank you both for sorting out things as soon as you did.

The villa was wonderful, one of the best we stayed in. We have stayed on Highlands Reserve many times, it’s a home from home. Debbie's Villas are fantastic as always, we recommend them to everyone and wouldn't book with anyone else.

Really liked it – we had a pool heat issue but we reported it and within 24 hours it was sorted. Pool and spa are brilliant. Villa is fantastic. Games room is a little tired – the basketballs are flat and the scoring screen doesn’t work properly. The pool table is VERY tired. Also there is a video game area on the landing but there are no video games. The appliances are all fine and working. Chairs in the villa are a little tired, sofa etc. If it were me I’d move the chairs from the games room into the villa and swap them over – just a thought. We’d definitely use Debbie’s Villas again.

The Highlands Reserve villa was in beautiful condition and I would stay at again. This is the first villa I have stayed in where there were Christmas decorations. I cannot tell you the difference this made; such a small thing but it made it our home over those two weeks at Christmas. It really was very thoughtful and it was well looked after. The service I received from Debbie's Villas was first class; I have been travelling to America for years and they are by far the best company I have ever encountered. Also, the villa's location was fabulous and felt very safe and secure. It had a lovely feel to it. Well done everyone involved.
