Great location as seen in photographs and matched expectations. Villa was very clean, great facilities and well equipped. There were clear instructions in the villa and the check-in at the gatehouse was really easy. Debbie’s Villas gave great service and were very helpful when we had a query. We would recommend.

A lovely place to stay—we had been to this villa before, so we knew what to expect, and once again it lived up to our expectations. We would definitely return in the future and happily recommend Debbie's Villas to others. Unfortunately, we were misled at the car hire desk, which resulted in an unexpected additional cost to our holiday—that was the only downside.

The villa itself was lovely. We called the management company once just as the pool filter was blocked but apart from that, all good. We’ve used Debbie’s Villas several times before.

We had a wonderful time and didn’t want to leave! The villa was absolutely fantastic and we will book with Debbie’s Villas again. We had a slight problem on arrival where the keycode didn’t unlock the door. We called the management company and they gave us a code for the lockbox, which we used the whole time, it wasn’t an issue.

We had a fabulous time and fully appreciated the support and efficiency from Debbie's Villas before, during and after our holiday, and once again would highly recommend. Overall this is a fabulously thought out villa and absolutely perfect for a family stay. There are spacious living areas inside but the real stand out for us was the outside living area with a fan in situ, to keep the dining area cooler and we spent most of our time outside! The view from the pool is magnificent and it is a lovely quiet area to stay. The villa itself is very well equipped with an abundance of towels and linen should you have needed it. The kitchen is also very well stocked and the numerous plastic storage pots are genius. It's a real home from home.

The villa was lovely and we couldn’t fault it. Overall though, we had a great time and the facilities were great. We have been to Florida many times and we particularly liked the pool area for this villa, which also had no overlooking neighbours, which was why we chose it. The Solterra gate guard was very professional and let us in with no issues when we showed our paperwork. We had no issues getting into the villa either – the key code worked just fine. We would consider using Debbie’s Villas again in the future.

We were really happy with the villa we chose - it was very comfortable with lots of room and a lovely pool. It was also conveniently located, and we are very likely to return for future holidays. Debbie's Villas also made the whole process very straightforward and easy to negotiate.

This was our first time using Debbie's Villas. We were really impressed all the way through the booking process. Villa was lovely, clean , spacious and in a great location - the welcome pack was great too. We will be booking with Debbie's Villas again in a couple of years time and also recommending them to family who go a couple of times a year.

I was really impressed with the villa and handling of the booking, information was clear and felt well informed throughout the process. Amenities in the villa were great, we hired the bbq and this was easy to use and very clean, was a nice touch to be able to hire and we made the most of the facility. The pool was well loved by my entire party, particularly my youngest, not sure there was a day this wasn’t used, irrelevant of what time we go back to the villa! Bedrooms were all very comfortable, and size of the villa was spot on for our party of 9, really nothing we could fault, and already looking at coming back and what other villas you have as likely to be a smaller party next time. The only couple of pieces of feedback the jacuzzi/spa pool seemed to get very hot after this was one for about 15 mins, not sure if the thermostat wasn’t quite right or whether it was so hot outside this felt warmer but it certainly wasn’t something you could sit in for too long, and the table light in the Mickey Mouse themed bedding, the switch seemed a little temperamental on this - very minor but possibly worth checking. As I say loved the villa, its location was fantastic for the parks and activities we opted for. Facilities were fantastic would happily recommend to others from a villa and Debbie’s Villas point of view as I say communication and ease of booking etc was all fantastic! Thanks again and I’m sure we’ll be back at some point in the future!

We have asked the management company to take a look at the spa thermostat and the switch for the bedside lamp.

This was our first time staying in a villa, trying to find the right one was so difficult until we were recommended Debbie's Villas. The level of customer service and advice was first class and will definitely use again when booking a villa. Our villa was as pictured, clean, spacious and a fantastic location to Disney. So much space and a large pool for relaxing in the evening time. The kitchen was really well stocked with utensils and the welcome pack was greatly appreciated after our flight was delayed causing a very late arrival. Beds all comfortable with lots of extra pillows. Washer/ Dryer and Dishwasher all very handy to have. Our only gripe was the sliding doors to the pool area and the garage door were unlocked and we didn't realise until our first morning. However we did feel safe within the gated community and had no issues.
Debbie's Villas Response: Thank you for informing us that the patio doors and garage door were unlocked on arrival. We have asked the management company to check these in future to ensure future guests have nothing to worry about.
