Our holiday was excellent, we enjoyed every minute! We got to see the Artemis II rocket launch too! On the whole, the villa was great and served our purpose. The beds were comfortable, some of the pillows were a little lumpy but that was minor. We contacted the management company when the wifi went down but they came out straight away to reboot the router and everything was fine. They were lovely. There were two big plants on the pool area and some of the leaves had gone brown, so they probably need some attention. The kitchen bin lid wasn’t working properly, so that might need replacing. We bought some fold up chairs to use when we went to watch the rocket launch but we left these in the villa so the next guests or villa owner can make use of them. We weren’t sure whether we needed to stay on a gated community but we felt safe where we were and we often chatted to some friendly vacationers in the villa next door. The car hire was easy – the vehicle was outstanding. We were worried as a stone chipped the windscreen but the cover was all included, so it was fine. We hadn’t heard of Debbie’s Villas before but everything went smoothly and the information sent out was vital, we can’t fault it. We would definitely recommend you.

We had a wonderful stay! The villa was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean. We did need to contact the management company regarding an inflatable chair on the pool deck that had split. They were incredibly kind and understanding, and thanked us for letting them know—especially as we waited until after the busy spring break period to report it, since it wasn’t urgent. The local community which the villa is on was also very welcoming, with the local residents organising a easter egg hunt , which the children absolutely loved. It really added to our stay. Overall, we couldn’t fault the villa or the service we received. Everyone at Debbie's Villas was wonderful, friendly, helpful throughout. We truly can’t praise our experience enough and would happily book the same villa again in the future.

I would just like to thank Debbie’s Villas once again for finding us a villa which suited our family after we had been badly let down by another villa company while on holiday in Florida. Debbie’s Villas really put themselves out to find us accommodation at a days’ notice and the villa was clean and comfortable and a welcome space after having such an ordeal. We had asked for pool heating and even that was on and the pool was warm for us to use immediately within the day timeframe. We have used Debbie’s Villas before and would definitely use them and recommend their services. The villas we have rented have been clean, well equipped, and spacious. Many thanks again for accommodating us at such short notice.

The villa was fine though there were some small things being an accessible property that you may want to be aware of. There are speed humps on the road leading to the property and these stretch across the whole road and are quite high. We had an adapted hire vehicle which was quite low to the road, so we did worry about the base of the vehicle scraping on the humps. The villa itself was well adapted, the facilities were great and there was ample room for the wheelchair. However, the accessible bathroom is next to the main bedroom, which is not necessarily where the person with accessible needs will be, so we were needing to switch bathrooms. The ramp to the pool deck was quite bad – it wasn’t sturdy enough so we had to use the manual wheelchair to go out there. The AC was also locked, so the lowest it would go was 72F, which was too hot for us and it would have been good to have it cooler. The service from Debbie’s Villas was good – we emailed you and things were dealt with.

I want to thank you for a fantastic holiday, we loved our villa and pool. Everything went great and I would not hesitate to book with Debbie's Villas again. Just a small comment, we ordered a BBQ which was duly delivered but there was already one there so this was not needed, and consequently there was nowhere to safely use the hired one. Once again thank you for organising everything.

The Villa itself was fantastic and my experience with Debbie's Villas has also been brilliant and will definitely use them again if we go back (probably in three years or so). We had a couple of minor issues with the villa whilst we were there but they were solved very easily.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The villa was well furnished, very clean, a lovely size and in a brilliant location. We would love to live in a home like this! The villa looked like the pictures online and there was no reason for us to contact the management company during our stay. We had a nice holiday. The pool was great - and the spa too. The whole booking process was easy. Air-con would only go down to 74 degrees at overnight in the rooms - and at night the bedrooms were really hot - the management company became involved saying they couldn't adjust it. Outside the main king bedroom (changing colours lights outside) through the night- we had to turn these off as there were no curtains to block this out. Management was unhappy we had turned the lights off. The car hire was great and got connections very well. Thank you to Debbie's Villas.

Villa was adorable and gorgeous, spotlessly clean inside and out, beds comfortable, bed sheets lovely, all well equipped, pool was lovely and warm on arrival. Had one problem on arrival as the wi-fi was not working, the management sorted this in the hour. This is the 2nd time with Debbie's Villas and the staff are all lovely and true to their word.

We loved the holiday and the villa was great. Few small bits of feedback. Wifi was confusing as the booklet had two different systems in it but we figured it out in the end. Could be more user friendly to take out the wifi passwords and system that's not in use anymore. Also we paid for the BBQ but never used it as it was filthy, so that was a little disappointing. The villa was great but as it was hot and wanted to open the windows this was not easy as many of the latches where broken and could not open the widows. Car arrangement was smooth and easy no hassle at all and the toll pass worked well. Thanks for all of Debbie's Villas efforts, we loved our holiday and will be going again sometime soon.

We have asked the managemtn com;any to update the information in the guest book so future guests are not confused with the wi-fi codes. We are sorry that the BBQ grill you hired was dirty on arrival, we would have been pleased to replace this had we known about it at the time. Opening windows to cool a villa down is generally not adequate but we would have been happy to see if we could have adjusted the air-con temperature had we known at the time. Amazing place, the villa was beautiful, we had a fantastic time and everything went well - thanks to Debbie's Villas and the Management company who played a big part in this too. We would use Debbie's Villas again. Just a couple of maintenance issues. We noticed that every time they used the iron, it tripped the electrics so it may need replacing, and also sometimes when the dishwasher was on, the water backed up in to the waste disposal.

Villa was a bit tired in some areas. In all showers needs re-caulking looked dirty. Main kitchen sink leaking and had a bucket underneath. WC leaking in the queen room en-suite. Didn't report any of these items during our stay as overall we were happy with everything. Very happy with Debbie's Villas easy process and would use them again.

We used to have our own villa on the same community many years ago. We had a nice stay - thought photos were a true representation of the villa. The villa was tired in some areas but not a complaint e.g pulleys to fans broken for example due to their age. Other than this all was good and would use Debbie's Villas again.

The villa was excellent and everything went smoothly. The staff on the car hire desk when we picked up the car were very pushy, which was a shame but not your fault. Debbie’s Villas communication was great.

It was perfectly fine. We have recommended Debbie's Villas to a few people as we are very impressed. There are a couple of things that I would mention but this is not a complaint. There is not much privacy on the pool deck – some of the privacy screening would make a big difference. Instructions to lock the front door – we got there in the end but instructions would have been helpful. Also the kettle is in need of replacing, we didn’t report it but if we’d have been there 2 weeks we would have, it made the water taste like sewage! We just boiled water on the stove. One more thing – a phone in the villa would have been great!

Wonderful stay – we were really impressed with the villa; it was fantastic. We usually book directly with owners, and this was our first time using Debbie’s Villas. The whole process was super simple, very efficient, and everything was straightforward. We will definitely be recommending Debbie’s Villas to everyone. During our stay, we did have a minor issue with the hot tub. However, we reported it to the management company and it was resolved immediately. We weren’t there when they first attended, but they were extremely helpful and even came back when they knew we were home to talk us through everything.
