We booked the villa from 28th Dec to 1st Jan and had a lovely stay. There were 8 adults and plenty of room for us all. It was nice that two of the bedrooms had en-suites and the other two bedrooms were opposite the main bathroom. The games room went down a treat and nightly table tennis competitions took place! We didn’t use the pool area as we were not there long enough and out at the parks during the day. Would definitely use Debbie’s Villas again.

We had a wonderful time in Orlando & the villa was really good. We’d received communication prior to our arrival about the gate codes to enter the estate & also the lock box number. The villa was well equipped & comfortable, especially the kitchen & living area which had a new settee & a big TV. On our first morning we found the waste disposal was blocked but after a phone call to the Orlando office this was soon remedied. The beds were comfy & the showers were powerful & hot. Pool area was clean & well equipped. We had also booked a hire car from Dollar via Debbie’s Villas. The pick up & drop off was seamless. Would definitely use Debbie’s Villas again as it’s good to choose the villa yourself rather than have one allocated.

The villa was lovely and we had a nice time - The iron broke but was replaced the same day. We booked the Highlands Reserve area as we stayed here before. We had a lovely time, the Villa was amazing, clean spacious and was exactly how it was described, having the pool and spa, to relax in at the end of the day was so nice. We would certainly stay there again in the future. We have booked with Debbie’s Villas on numerous occasions, and have 2 more bookings with them in 2026, we can’t wait to get back. Thank you for making the whole process easy, we also booked our car hire through Debbie's Villas, that too was very easy and only took us a matter of minutes to get the car.

It was an amazing villa. From the minute we stepped in the door everyone’s faces were like ‘wow!’ We have no complaints, it was perfect. We only called the management company once, as the safe lost power (it turns out the batteries had fallen out) but they got it open. We would definitely use Debbie’s Villas again and please send our compliments to the villa owners – it had everything we needed and more!

Our stay was brilliant. Absolutely perfect. An amazing villa at amazing value for money. Just four of us stayed in this 4 bedroomed villa with its own private pool and it was such sheer luxury. We would definitely use Debbie’s Villas again. Everything went smoothly from the self-check in to our sad goodbye’s at the end of our stay. I have recommended you to all my friends and family! We loved the villa and it made our stay in Orlando extra special. The villa itself was exceptional with plenty of space and bathrooms, and nice touches like the games room which we utilised. The pool facilities in both the villa and clubhouse were excellent, and accessibility to and from the villa was well managed and stress free. We had an issue with opening the safe upon arrival which was rectified after contacting Debbie's Villas and I appreciate the speed with which this was undertaken and corrected. All in all we'll definitely look to book with Debbie's Villas again in the future.

The shower leak and pool heat issues were sorted out really quick. Someone came round from the management company and they were really helpful. The issues didn’t tarnish the holiday. The villa was fantastic, the photos don’t do it justice and it was far better than expected. We would 100% book with Debbie's Villas again, the service end to end was great.
