Villa was amazing - management company were proactive with repair when there was a storm and some of the pool screen was damaged. Photos on Debbie's Villas website were a true representation of the home.

Excellent stay! We’re already considering booking again. Our grandchildren absolutely loved the Harry Potter theme throughout the villa, and we adults really appreciated how thoughtfully it was presented. The only minor issue was with the Wi-Fi, but thanks to the support from Debbie’s Villas and the management company, we were able to get it sorted out quickly.

We had a lovely time at Lake Berkley, it had everything we needed for our stay (and a few extras we didn't think we did need) and was central to all the activities we needed to attend to. We'd love to come back and stay again. Thanks to the Debbie's Villas team for all your helpful tips and the really useful booklet you sent us ahead of our trip, all those little details made a huge difference.

Villa was absolutely fabulous. We’ve been 12 or 13 times and after 12 years our first visit it was very good – we need another holiday to get over it. We didn’t need to contact the management company for anything though on the last day we found a frog in the pool(we managed to get him out) but it was all very well kitted out and we’ve already put a recommendation online. We also did the revolution quad biking which Debbie's Villas wrote about which was brilliant we really enjoyed that and also the West Beach River Ranch Rodeo – my son really enjoyed that.

We had an amazing time staying in the villa. It suited our needs perfect. It was very clean and spacious. Customer service from Debbie’s Villas was amazing. We would definitely recommend and will be using Debbie’s Villas when we book next time.

All good. We had some issues with the BBQ and the AC – Debbie's Villas helped with the BBQ and the management company responded quickly every time we had an issue. Some switches tripped due to storms etc. No complaints, they are updating things, they had a new 75 inch TV. Overall it was grand. We rebooked to return next year within 24 hours of coming home so that is a review in itself, location is well worth it, fantastic villa.

Really good trip. Spoke to the management company as there was an issue with the spa- it drained - but a valve was replaced. The photos of villa looked the same as we walked in. Great service though from Debbie's Villas, one again will be back, and will recommend you also.

We had the best time ever! The villa was just perfect! We had no issues at all, the villa had everything that we possibly needed it to. It was lovely and spacious and modern which is different from villas we have stayed in during the past. Solterra was definitely a brilliant resort to stay on and felt super safe with being gated. We would definitely recommend this villa to other people we know visiting Florida. Thank you to Debbie’s Villas, as you made it all super easy!

Everything was fine! We reported a problem with the pool door and a toilet roll holder but this was fixed very quickly. This is the first time using Debbie's Villas but we’d definitely use them again.

The house was amazing, it was our first time in a town home with Debbie's Villas and we actually preferred it. We called the management company once as the garbage disposal in the sink broke but they contacted us and told us what we needed to do to fix it. We have already booked again with Debbie's Villas.

It’s been 2 weeks since we returned home, sad and really feeling the blues but we are already planning our next trip! We had the most amazing time celebrating my 40th and our honeymoon after getting married in Orlando in 2022 and loved staying at the villa at The Manor West Haven. We spent 2 weeks at this beautiful villa and cried when we had to leave! The pool and lanai area was perfect and we spent most of our time outside in this beautiful area, enjoying the sun rises and the sunsets. It really was so peaceful and private. There was an issue with the pool heating but Debbie's Villas were all amazing when we reported this issue and helped us get in contact with the Management company when we struggled to and provided us regular updates. We really appreciate your help with this and a refund was issued for the days we did not have heating, not that any of this affected our holiday. We would highly recommend Debbie’s Villas as we have found the whole process seamless. From booking the villa a year ago to arriving at a well equipped, clean and comfortable villa, we could not have been happier. We loved the convenience of checking in upon arriving with a code to access the beautiful gated community. We loved and appreciated the welcome package we received as well. We will be back next year and we cannot wait to stay at this villa again.

Absolutely perfect! We had booked through booking.com and were let down at the last minute, but Debbie's Villas came to our rescue. We can't thank them enough for saving our holiday. The villa was fantastic, and everything was great. We really appreciated being able to call and speak to a real person instead of dealing with a bot. We'll definitely be booking with you again next year!

Fantastic and the accommodation was superb. Villa was clean and pool was inviting and warm. Location was superb, it really is 10 minutes from the park! Security was brilliant. It was amazing, I couldn’t shout any louder about how good it was. We wouldn’t use anywhere else. We used Debbie's Villas last year and lost jewellery and you got it back for us. When Hurricane Milton hit someone called every day to check in on us. My wife usually likes to go somewhere different every year – this is the first time she’s said she’d like to come back to the same place (unfortunately our dates aren’t available) but that is a high praise if she wants to return.

The villa was great and even better than expected. I don’t think the photos do it justice. The pool area has a wonderful view over the golf course and the pool itself is bigger than it looks. The villa was clean and had everything we needed and more. There were some nice surprises like games consoles in a couple of the bedrooms. We used to have a villa ourselves over there, so we are familiar with rental properties. We would definitely stay here again and also book with Debbie’s Villas again.
