Had a a great time, the villa was nice and spotlessly clean, and there were plenty of towels etc. Could do with some updating in some areas with painting etc and bathroom upgrade's but didn't affect or stay. Would use Debbie's Villas again in the future.

The villa was superb, we absolutely loved it. We didn’t report anything to the management company during our stay, but we did want to mention a couple of things that didn’t particularly bother us, although they may affect future guests. Firstly, some of the lights weren’t working, and those that were tended to be quite dim, especially in the kitchen area. Secondly, the pool deck photos on the website showed four sunbeds, whereas there were only two available at the villa. That said, we genuinely thought the villa was fantastic overall, and we would happily book with Debbie’s Villas again.
Debbie's Villas Response: We apologise for the incovenience with the lack of sunloungers. We have spoken to the management company who have confirmed that this has now been rectified and the villa now as 4 sunloungers for future guests.

The villa was great and it looked like the pictures online. We didn’t need to report anything to the management company whilst we were there. We are wanting to book another Orlando holiday for next year and we would happily book with Debbie’s Villas again.

We loved the villa, it was beautiful, and the location was amazing as well. The villa matched the photos online perfectly; if anything, it was even bigger in person. The only minor issues were that the pool deck was a bit dirty when we first arrived, and the outside of some windows needed cleaning, which affected the view slightly. However, once we cleaned the pool deck, everything was perfect. Other than those small points, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This wasn’t our first time booking with Debbie’s Villas, and it definitely won’t be our last.

The holiday was very good thank you. There were a few marks and dents in the wall but didn't affect our stay, also some of crockery was chipped. The shower door in the first double blue room en-suite was not connected properly. The shower in the back double room tile grouting where tiles were rough to stand on. The hairdryer in back double bedroom didn't seem to work. There wasn't a hairdryer per room also. The washing machine seemed to add white fluff to dark clothing when in use- so the filter my need looking at. None of these items affected or stay. We have stayed on Bella Vida before and also this villa too. Would use Debbie's Villas again in the future.

We had wonderful stay in Highlands Reserve. It was a beautiful villa with great amenities, comfortable beds and plenty of space. Perfect communal areas for a group as well. All of the communication from Debbie’s Villas team was friendly and on time. I’d highly recommend Debbie's Villas for Orlando villas.

Amazing – villa was perfect. There was a heatwave and we contacted Debbie’s Villas about adjusting the AC, they contacted the management company and it was sorted within a couple of hours, very impressed with the service. Absolutely perfect, we had a great time!

Our trip to Florida, and especially our stay at the Villa at Watersong, arranged solely by Debbie’s Villas, was truly amazing. The villa was exceptional, extremely clean, and very well appointed. It contained everything we could possibly need for our two-week stay. The welcome pack was also a nice touch! Security at the villa itself and throughout the Watersong community was also excellent. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

We have returned safely from our glorious 2 weeks in Florida. Wanted to say it was such an easy process booking with Debbie’s Villas. Questions were always answered swiftly and in a courteous manner. We had one minor problem with the villa which was dealt with within an hour. The actual villa on Southern Dunes was absolutely perfect. We open the door and felt at home. Plenty of space, tonnes of storage and a glorious view of the golf course. This was our 6th stay at Southern Dunes. And the best villa. No criticism, just a couple of things that others may mention - a clothes airer for us would have been useful, not everything goes into a tumble dryer and we are aware of the electric costs. The only other thing which did not affect us, as only 2 people, was a lack of glassware (not enough for 4). Please do not take this as criticism.

Our holiday all went smoothly, we have used Debbie’s Villas before and would recommend them to others. We reported a couple of things to the management company – the AC upstairs stopped working but they came out quickly to sort it. We also reported a leak under the sink – we thought this may have been to do with the garbage disposal, so we stopped using it. Everything else was lovely and as expected.

Holiday was fantastic! Villa was brilliant, spotless, nice and comfy – we had a couple of issues but they responded quickly. Water and ice machine in the American fridge/freezer stopped working but they brought round water and it was fixed in a good amount of time. Pool area itself is nice, the table has been updated. However, the sunloungers let it down, a tubular chair kept coming apart. There were 2 hard plastic chairs and we requested cushions but the owner said no which was a little disappointing, it feels like maybe this is the last thing to be updated in the villa possibly but we also noticed there was not enough pool furniture if the villa was fully occupied – it just let the whole place down a bit but we didn’t let is spoil our holiday! The power showers were fantastic! Other than that the villa was such a brilliant standard, we’d recommend Debbie’s Villas and the management company were great too!

Lovely but exhausting! We done all the parks with all 3 children and it was HOT. We only had 2 overcast days overall which was great. Disney feels a bit old now but Universal is great! It was a great holiday. The roads were quite busy so we just had to factor that in – some 40 minute journeys would take an hour to an hour and a half but that’s traffic for you. The villa was lovely though our King bed at the front was a bit squeaky and the drawer handles rattled as you walked past the dressing table – not a major issue but thought I’d mention it. Main issue was the toilets – toilet in front bedroom stopped working, someone came out quickly and fixed it but we did have issues with draining with them all at different points and I think this could do with addressing but we didn’t let it spoil our holiday. We would also suggest leaving instructions for appliances like coffee machine, oven and TV. We worked it out but instructions would have been nice. A buggy was in the garage so we used that and it was very helpful. We had a snake on the pool deck one evening and a squirrel that visited most mornings, we got a ripped pool screen replaced but can’t help thinking the squirrel is causing that. I would just like to say Debbie's Villas service is excellent, we’re really pleased with Debbie’s Villas and our guests said they would also use a villa in future following the whole experience. We walked in and our jaws dropped, really good.
Debbie's Villas Response: This was the first time we have had any issues with the toilets in this villa, it could be that too much paper was being used (it happens!) but we will get the maintenence team to take a look.
