Absolutely perfect – villa itself was great! The AC failed one day and we rang the management company but didn’t get answer (we were out of hours so then we emailed Debbie's Villas and within 15 minutes we had a call and was fixed the same day). We also asked for pool heat – this was organised in one day. Holiday was fantastic.

The villa was very nice – clean, presentable, and it looked like it had recently been refreshed, which made it even more enjoyable. We did have a minor issue with the dishwasher not working as expected, but after contacting the management company, they came by and sorted it out, which we really appreciated. Also, the photos on Debbie's Villas website are a true and accurate representation of the villa we stayed in – no surprises, just as advertised.

Fantastic Trip – Even Better Than Expected! We had an amazing stay at this villa. The photos on the Debbie’s Villas website really don’t do it justice — the property appears to have had a recent refurbishment, with fresh paint and updated décor throughout. It was even better than we imagined! The highlight for us was the pool — absolutely spotless and the best we’ve experienced in any villa we’ve stayed in. We would 100% stay here again. A big thank you as well to the management company, who were brilliant. They responded quickly and kindly helped us out when we were struggling to figure out the electronic door lock (user error on our part!). Highly recommend this villa and the team behind it!

“best home we’ve rented from Debbie's Villas…”
It was beautiful, it was lovely and we got married! Had to report electrics out in all bathrooms morning of the wedding but it was all sorted by the time we got home. We also needed to add guests to the gate which the management company sorted – they were a really good management company. I’d say this is the best home we’ve rented from Debbie's Villas. We don’t use anyone else.

The instructions from Debbie's Villas with directions to the villa were good and worked well. The website photos a true reflection of the villa, and there was no need to contact the villa management company for any reason during our stay. We had a great time.

We have been here for a week now ( another week to go). What a fabulous home we are staying in. It has every single thing you could ever need to use…and I mean everything. I am very impressed with the cleanliness upon our arrival. The lounge is very comfortable for relaxing in. Although it has 3 bedrooms we have only used 2 as some friends who live here came to visit overnight one night. We asked if this would be possible and we were told of course we could. The beds are extremely comfortable….and large….Lots of storage space in every room. The only thing that confuses me is the fact that the light switches work opposite to home in UK. Been here a week and still press down for “on”. Whoops. We are still laughing about it. We have not visited the pool area as we don’t swim. We have been coming to Florida for over 30 years and this time is our 56th. As we are now in our 80s we have realised that our health is a little more important than holidays so we will not be making this journey again. We have enjoyed every second of our time over the years. Thank you to Debbie’s Villas and the owners for allowing us to use these facilities here. We are very happy.

Would like to say a massive thank you to you all at Debbie's Villas. We had an amazing holiday in Florida and all of the staff have been fantastic. Always very helpful and nothing’s too much trouble. We certainly will be using you the next time we visit Florida which fingers crossed maybe next year.

We had a great time and once again, the service from Debbie’s Villas was excellent – we really can’t fault it. This was our second time booking through you, and everything went smoothly. The villa was in good condition and matched the photos on the website, which we appreciated. The only minor issue we had was on arrival, when there was a car parked on the drive and two bags of rubbish left behind. However, we contacted the management company, and they resolved it promptly – the rubbish was cleared the next day and the car was moved. Overall, it was a perfect stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We had a wonderful time and the experience of booking through Debbie's Villas was easy, well organised and professional. In terms of the villa itself the illustrations used on the website to select the accommodation were reflective. We had stayed at Paradise Palms previously (in a similar property) so were happy to see the standards in terms of facilities onsite and the general appearance of the resort had not changed and are to a high standard. On arrival the villa was clean and appeared well maintained - there are always areas that could possibly do with a lick of paint however this is expected in a villa that is rented out frequently. The welcome pack is a very nice touch and much appreciated.

The holiday was amazing – we could have stayed longer! There was still loads we didn’t get to do this time round. We are already on your website looking to book again. We liked Highlands Reserve, it was a lovely quiet community with a nice mix of residents and holiday makers. The management company were lovely – there was a bad storm on one of the days and one of the houses down the street got struck and they called us to make sure we were ok. We only had to call the management company once and they were round within the hour but we had no issues at all. We like the care and attention that Debbie’s Villas provided for our booking.

We had a great time in Orlando; the villa was fabulous. It was clean and well presented, with plenty of towels and bedding as promised. It was also exactly as pictured on the website, which isn’t always the case with holiday properties. I’ve been very impressed with Debbie’s Villas as a whole and would heartily recommend them to anyone. Communication has been excellent and the brochure detailing important info about the villas and Florida in general was excellent- really comprehensive and clear. I had a couple of questions which were answered promptly by email, even on a Saturday morning. If we are planning another trip to Florida, then I will be heading straight to your website!
