Brilliant communication throughout....from booking to stay over and return, prompt help and excellent customer service. We had a wonderful holiday, and the villa provided everything we needed. It was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable, with the sofa being particularly cozy. We encountered an issue with the Wi-Fi at the beginning of our stay. Although we didn’t receive a response to our initial email, we were pleased to see that the issue was resolved promptly once it was reported to Debbie's Villas, with someone attending to the property to fix the problem.

We had a great holiday - the villa exceeded our expectations. It was even better than the photos and we have to say, the wide choice of properties at Debbie's Villas is fantastic. Booking online was easy and we would like to make a special mention of the management company, who went the extra mile by re-directing an Amazon package back to the UK for someone in our party.

Wonderful holiday. Beautiful villa and resort. Debbie’s Villas goes above and beyond an excellent service. We had one problem, could not contact local rep so we emailed DV. Instant reply and sorted so quickly and the job was carried out on a Sunday with no waiting. Tradesman came and went without us waiting for him. Excellent service, would we book again absolutely yes.

Nine of us spend a wonderful week in this lovely 6 bedroom villa in Kissimmee. TV area and dining area furnished with big comfy sofas and Disney soft toys. Spacious, fresh and clean property with open plan,well equipped kitchen, the Toy Story bunk beds went down well with three grandsons aged 9,7 and 6, and the games room was a hit with them too. All bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms, TVs, hairdryers in some rooms. Plentiful supply of towels and extra bedding, handy laundry area with iron and board. Reassuring to have access to Bella Vida estate manned by security and key safe at front door. Estate gardens well kept and clubhouse facilities were ideal. We spent four days at Disney parks so if you don’t have a car I would recommend Uber taxi service, first class at a very reasonable price. Parks only 20 mins away. Plenty places to eat, our favourite family friendly Cracker Barrel just 10mins away. Walmart superstore 15 minutes stroll from villa and Medieval Times dinner show across the road. Congratulations all round to Debbie’s Villa team, thanks for the personal touch just a phone call away. Family discussions for a return to Bella Vida on the cards!

Our holiday was truly amazing, and everything was organised in a highly professional manner. Any questions we had were answered promptly and thoroughly. The villa was in an excellent location, just as advertised, and very close to the parks, which was ideal. The facilities within the villa were fantastic and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Regarding the pool, it initially seemed a bit cool, but after reaching out to the contact number provided, the issue was resolved. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and we appreciated the prompt attention to the issues raised.

My husband and I wanted to say thank you to the staff who assisted us on our holiday in Florida. We had such a wonderful time overall. The villa was amazing, extremely well equipped and we lacked for nothing which was so helpful after a long journey from Cornwall. The owners are very lucky to have such a beautiful home. The area was also great being well located near shops, supermarkets and Medieval Times. We had a couple of issues at the villa including a minor issue with the cooker. The pool pump shorted out due to what the repairman thought was heavy rainfall. Both issues were reported and fixed very quickly. The car we hired was fantastic and so convenient to be able to book the whole holiday in one place. One of the other things I loved was how much info was provided by Debbie’s Villas. Very nice touch having the booklet. Definitely useful if you’ve never travelled to Florida. The Bella Vida staff were all courteous and friendly. They warned us at the entrance not to park on the road or to use the visitors car park and we listened to them. The driveways were large enough that there was no reason to park elsewhere. Unfortunately not everyone was so lucky as the tow truck went around regularly catching people out. This didn’t put us off. Again it’s just one of the rules that enabled the place to look so nice. Thank you again for all of your help. If we book another similar holiday, we wil definitely be in touch.

The villa really lovely. This was our first trip to Florida and the villa was even nicer in real life than the photos. We would go back to this property again. We really appreciated Debbie's Villas help on our return journey. BA cancelled our flight, so we had to arrange another night in the villa. It was great to be able to call the Debbie's Villas office and get straight through to someone, so thank you.”

We have used Debbie’s Villas many times. This four week Florida stay as good as ever. How good? We have just booked two more four week stays, one for next year and one for the year after. Why use another when they are so good?

We’ve stopped in numerous villas in the Orlando area over the years, but this is the first time booking through Debbie’s Villas, we felt very supported from start to finish from pre-holiday telephone call and catch up at the end to see everything had gone OK and we were happy with everything in the villa. We stayed in Solterra resort which is a gated community. This was our 7th villa and definitely for our families needs the best one we’ve stayed in. The villa had everything we could want the games room and cinema room ticked the boxes for our grandson, everything was clean and modern and the welcome pack of tea coffee etc was a nice touch which we hadn’t received in any of the other villas. We would not hesitate booking through Debbie’s Villas again, completely satisfied with their service and would recommend to anyone.

We had a really nice holiday, it was awesome. The villa was just as we expected – very comfortable and well-equipped. We had a great time. Also, thanks to Debbies Villas for arranging the flights and car hire for us – everything went smoothly, and we didn’t have any issues. The only small problem we had was with the pool heating, but we’re happy it was fixed quickly, and we appreciate the compensation for the missed days. We’re looking forward to coming back next year!
