My family all had a fantastic holiday in Florida, thank you. The villa was perfect for us, lots of space, very well equipped, everything was spotlessly clean and perfectly presented. Evidently the property has recently been renovated, kitchen fully equipped with exceptionally modern appliances. Pool area was fantastic and a real hit for all of us, fabulous watching the hot air balloons float overhead while chilling out on the pool deck with a cold drink! We would love to visit again and already planning our next getaway to Florida, this villa will certainly be our go to accommodation, therefore we hope to re-book with Debbie's Villa's in the near future.

The villa was superb. Any concerns we reported were addressed promptly. The villa was incredibly peaceful; the noisiest 'neighbours' we had were the squirrels! It suited us perfectly—modern, beautifully presented, and very well maintained. Debbie's Villas service was great, and we are most impressed it’s been tremendous from start to finish. We have only been home a few days and are already recommending this to everyone.

The management company were very nice and friendly and gave us a late check out which was really appreciated. Absolutely amazing holiday and villa! We loved the little touches such as the wicker basket full of beach towels by the pool doors. Our original booking with Debbie’s Villas needed to be changed due to the villa being sold. They were great in terms of resolving this promptly and we rebooked to this lovely villa instead. We had a fantastic stay at the villa and would highly recommend it to anyone. Having been to the area 14 times over the years, this is definitely one of the nicest villas we have stayed in. It’s been refurbished to a high standard and was immaculate. We had a couple of very minor issues which were reported to the management company and were dealt with almost immediately and very efficiently. Would we stay here again? Absolutely! Don’t hesitate to book this wonderful place.

Due to a last minute change of travel plans, we booked this villa at very short notice for four nights. Debbie’s Villas communication was excellent and ensured everything went smoothly for arrival. We mostly enjoyed our stay but a few minor improvements would improve the villa. The pictures are a true representation of the villa. There was no information in the villa on arrival in terms of trash arrangements, Wi-Fi code, check out arrangements etc. Whilst not a big issue, we didn’t get this until the next morning after having to chase this. With Wi-Fi being used to keep in touch with home this was disappointing. The second bedroom also didn’t have a blind making it too bright to sleep in and the pool deck was too cluttered for our liking with too much furniture and not a lot of space to move around. Besides these minor points, everything else was as expected. The privacy screening around the pool is great and makes it feel very private.

The holiday was lovely – tiring though! It’s not a major issue but we were surprised there wasn’t a mid-stay change of the bedding etc. as some villas we’ve stayed in before in Europe have had that. Everything else was fine and the welcome pack was good. We rate Debbie’s Villas highly and will be back if we decide to visit Orlando again.

I can confidently say we will be booking with you again next year. The villa is amazing and the family love it here; it has exceeded our expectations. The management company and air conditioning repair people have been exemplary and a real credit to your organisation. They have kept us up to date with what the situation and we cannot fault them (they’re really nice people too!)
