Thank you for another memorable holiday. We stayed in a property that backs onto this home last year. I loved the warm friendly resort last year so that prompted me to book the same again. This villa was a good price for a week. Thank you for sorting the WiFi out as it was causing problems with our mobile data and it was nice to flick through the American TV channels! Welcome Pack was good again but the cereal was not to my taste, but that’s just my opinion! I will definitely be going to the same resort next visit and hope you have availability as well. Many thanks for a fab holiday, see you soon.
“Would highly recommend booking with Debbie's Villas…”
This review is for Debbie's Villas as a rental company, not a review of the villa we rented. Debbie's Villas were a great company to rent through, i was a bit nervous with all the scams that are about, but my mind was soon put at ease. Debbie's Villas were very timely with sending confirmation and receipts through. They also sent a great guide containing a wealth of useful information for our stay. During the hurricane leaflets were put through the door with some good advice, and they rang afterward to make sure we were ok and ask about any damage. Debbie's Villas also rang a few days after we got home to check that we had been happy with our accommodation and to ask for any feedback. Would highly recommend booking with Debbie's Villas.

We enjoy having a larger villa and mainly used the downstairs area. We liked the décor too. Watersong is a great resort and the management company were lovely people and did a great job. We would come back to Debbie’s Villas in the future.

We had the most wonderful time in Orlando. The villa was beautiful! We couldn’t have asked for any better. We were blown away! Our previous booking was cancelled at short notice, so it was a bit of a panic trying to find somewhere suitable last minute with the size of our family and criteria for what we wanted. We searched for months for the original booking so we were really disappointed at first. I saw Debbie’s Villas recommended elsewhere and when I had a look there was plenty of choice. Debbie’s Villas were very helpful from start to finish with the booking and the communication was great throughout. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice at Bella Vida - we felt safe with the security and the location was perfect. Thank you for such a fab experience! We will definitely be coming back and using Debbie’s Villas for our next stay.

“Debbie’s Villas were excellent to work with…”
Debbie’s Villas were excellent to work with, simple communications and we felt informed at all time. When we needed support with additional paperwork (we left all the important things at home) they were there to support us with no issues. The welcome pack at the villa was a great addition and something we’ve not experienced before. Arriving late at the villa and not having to find a shop for milk or cereals was massive. The Villa was spacious, tidy and really well equipped, we wanted for nothing during our time and would consider using the villa again it was that comfortable. Windsor Hills resort was perfect, it was clean and tidy and quiet, we would happily live there every day of the year! The security was tight meaning you had no worries about your villa and belongings. The location couldn’t have been better, just off the US192 but in the hub of the shops and restaurants so no long journeys to eat and shop. Walmart was 1 mile (3-4 minutes) down the road in the car, it was a huge shop which even the kids loved looking around.
