The holiday was amazing – we could have stayed longer! There was still loads we didn’t get to do this time round. We are already on your website looking to book again. We liked Highlands Reserve, it was a lovely quiet community with a nice mix of residents and holiday makers. The management company were lovely – there was a bad storm on one of the days and one of the houses down the street got struck and they called us to make sure we were ok. We only had to call the management company once and they were round within the hour but we had no issues at all. We like the care and attention that Debbie’s Villas provided for our booking.

We had a great time in Orlando; the villa was fabulous. It was clean and well presented, with plenty of towels and bedding as promised. It was also exactly as pictured on the website, which isn’t always the case with holiday properties. I’ve been very impressed with Debbie’s Villas as a whole and would heartily recommend them to anyone. Communication has been excellent and the brochure detailing important info about the villas and Florida in general was excellent- really comprehensive and clear. I had a couple of questions which were answered promptly by email, even on a Saturday morning. If we are planning another trip to Florida, then I will be heading straight to your website!

My whole experience with Debbie’s villas was very positive, from before we stayed there I changed the dates of our stay and this was accommodated no problem and then the villa was beautiful, we were very impressed with the welcome pack I’d forgotten about that so it was very welcome when we arrived to those few little extras, even the coffee machine was a nice surprise as it wasn’t just a kettle or ground coffee machine it was a pod machine which I prefer. I would 100% recommend Debbie’s Villas and will definitely be back when I’m looking for a villa in the future. So thanks for a memorable stay it was lovely.

We loved the villa and my partner of 23 years proposed to me there at night by the pool with our three boys there too so it will always have a special place in our hearts. Villa was fab, loved the air conditioned games room and it's amenities. The pool was a fantastic size. Villa was well equipped with everything you could possibly need! Lovely welcome pack on arrival just what you have had a long flight from the UK. Good area, close to Disney, restaurants etc. Also close to roads that take you straight to Universal, Seaworld etc. I just want to do it all again. Thank you Debbie's Villas for always being on the other end of the phone/email when I had my silly questions to ask! When we book again, which we most definitely will be, I'll be using you again and I will be recommending you also. Thanks for everything!

From start to finish Debbie's Villas have been first class. The website is easy to view etc. We had few issues whilst on holiday but those that we had were dealt with promptly and professionally. Customer service has been outstanding. Will definitely recommend them to anyone.

We were amazed by the villa. It was stunningly clean and delightful to stay in. The welcome pack was a nice touch as well. The villa was advertised and is beautiful. In terms of Debbie’s Villas, they were amazing and always responded to any question promptly and thoroughly. We know if we ever needed a question answered, they would be there. Already looking to book again for next summer!

A lovely place to stay—we had been to this villa before, so we knew what to expect, and once again it lived up to our expectations. We would definitely return in the future and happily recommend Debbie's Villas to others. Unfortunately, we were misled at the car hire desk, which resulted in an unexpected additional cost to our holiday—that was the only downside.
