Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, features 4 worlds to excite guests of all ages, all just 30-35 minutes from your villa. Thrill seekers eager to ride the roller coasters at Islands of Adventure, to take the plunge at Volcano Bay water park or to soar through the sky in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, can be at Universal Resorts in less than half an hour. ChampionsGate Village is about 3 miles away from Town Center and has a selection of family restaurants waiting to be discovered, catering for all appetites, budgets and dietary requirements.

The open-plan layout includes a spacious lounge area with comfy seating and flatscreen TV. The nearby dining table, close to patio doors leading to the south-facing pool area, is large enough for everybody to be able to enjoy a special occasion meal together and the adjacent kitchen has been equipped with all the necessary appliances and gadgets for a self-catering holiday.
The Main bedroom, at the back of the villa on the right, has a King size bed and en-suite bathroom with a door leading to the pool area. Bedroom 2, at the back on the left, has a Queen-size bed, patio door to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are at the front of the villa near a family bathroom and they have each been furnished with Twin beds and decorated in a style that is suitable for all guests.

The outside area is not overlooked at all and has a conservation view to the rear. The private pool and outside dining table are just right for lazy villa days enjoying the company of your family and the glorious Florida sunshine.

Town Center Resort is a gated community sitting just off the Ronald Reagan Parkway and was built in 2003. Disney World theme parks are situated on the US192 which is less than 15 minutes drive away, and Universal Resorts, SeaWorld and International Drive can all be reached in less than half an hour. Nearest shops and restaurants can be found at ChampionsGate Village, just 3 miles from here, and this is also home to a PGA Championship golf course designed by Greg Norman.
