Travel a few miles north up the US27 to find more restaurant optionss with potential shorter wait times. Just a mile away from your villa is a Publix supermarket where you can buy drinks and snacks for days when you are relaxing around the pool. Disney World can be reached in 25-30 minutes, so hop in your car and make your way to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, where your family can create unforgettable memories as they meet Mickey Mouse and friends. Orlando’s newest theme park, Epic Universe is 40-45 Minutes from your villa and is home to 4 incredible worlds, including Super Nintendo World and Dark Universe. More adrenaline pumping rides can be found at Universal Resorts which is home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all 40-45 minutes away. Animal lovers will want to drive 35-40 minutes to swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove or encounter both penguins and sharks at SeaWorld.
This open-plan vacation villa is perfect for spending quality time with your family during your Orlando vacation. The kitchen is to the right of the villa, well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make tasty meals. Start your morning with tea and toast at the breakfast bar, while a nearby table offers additional seating if needed. The formal dining table is at the front of the villa, a perfect place to enjoy a meal before playing board games all evening. The main family lounge is to the back right of the villa with a flatscreen TV, comfy sofa seating and a door leading to the west-facing private pool. Watch all your favourite movies here while keeping an eye on your kids as they play in the water. Centrally located is a second lounge with comfy sofa seating, an ideal place to curl up with a book or have a quiet chat.
The Main bedroom is located to the front left of the villa with a King-size bed, door to the west-facing pool and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is towards the back right of the home with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom that has a door to the pool area. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are to the right of the villa, both with Twin beds and are decorated in a style suitable for guests of all ages. For additional ease and comfort, all bedrooms in this vacation villa come equipped with a flatscreen TV.
Make your way to the games room at the front of the villa to find a ping pong table and table football. More entertainment can be found at the community facilities which can be reached with an 8 minute walk and includes a children’s play area, tennis courts and a 5 acre playing field.

Orange Tree is a peaceful, very popular community located just off the US27 in Clermont, with large plots and wide-open common spaces. Situated close to Disney World, this well-established community is in a fantastic location for everything Orlando has to offer. All of the 4 and 5 bedroom vacation villas we have to rent have a private pool and many of them also benefit from having a games room and south or west-facing view from the pool deck, often with a scenic conservation view. The popular US192, with its wide range of shops and family-friendly restaurants is a few miles south of here.
