This modern 4 bedroom villa offers a southwest-facing private pool and spa with a natural lake view, a family games room with air-conditioning and plenty of space to relax and enjoy your holiday. The resort facilities are less than 10 minutes walk away and include a heated outdoor pool, cinema, well-equipped gym, sports courts and play area. A fantastic selection of shops, restaurants and fast-food outlets can be reached within a few minutes, as can the I-4 Highway leading to some of Florida’s award-winning beaches in a little over an hour.
In the middle of the villa is the modern, open-plan kitchen, equipped with all the gadgets and utensils you’ll need for preparing a family meal. The breakfast bar with 3 seats allows family members to gather around helping the nominated chef work their magic, or they can share a bottle of wine and natter! Adjacent is the formal dining table with 6 chairs which is also a perfect place to sit and play board games together in the evenings. At the back of the villa is the family lounge, furnished with a comfy corner sofa and flatscreen TV and filled with lots of natural light coming from the patio doors leading out to the pool deck.
The Main bedroom is to the right of the family lounge and has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is just inside the front door and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are to the right of the lounge, separated by a bathroom, and they have each been furnished with Twin beds and decorated in a style to suit all guests. Every bedroom has its own flatscreen TV so nobody has to miss out on watching the programme of their choice.
The nicely decorated games room has an air-conditioning unit and is equipped with a pool table, air hockey, table football and seating. The community clubhouse is a 10 minute walk away and offers a TV lounge, computer lounge, outside children’s play area, zero-entry heated swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers, spa, a well-equipped fitness centre, cinema, games room, fishing lake and basketball and volleyball courts.
The southwest-facing pool deck has peaceful views of a lake to the rear of the property and a private pool and spa. The covered dining table with seating means you can enjoy alfresco dining by the pool and there is plenty of patio space to relax in the Florida sun.
