At the clubhouses, you will find a modern gym, cinema and games room with arcade machines. Outside are 2 heated swimming pools, water slides, a lazy river, spa, kids splash zone and a licenced Tiki bar serving cold drinks. There are also beach volleyball and tennis courts for those guests interested in sports. Within the ChampionsGate Village area is a number of shops, including a Publix supermarket where you can get drinks and snacks for lazy days relaxing around your pool and spa. There is also a range of restaurants within the area, or for even more options from hundreds of restaurants, the popular US192 is just 5 miles north on the US27. Disney World is just 20-25 minutes from your villa and is home to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Here is where you can watch the daily parades as well as the world famous firework displays. Orlando’s newest theme park – Epic Universe can be reached in 35-40 minutes and has exciting and unique worlds to explore and experiences to be had. Jaw dropping rides are found at Universal Resorts, which has The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all 30-35 minutes away from your villa. Animal lovers will want to visit Discovery Cove to swim with dolphins, while SeaWorld has penguins, manatees and polar bears, all found 25-30 minutes from your villa.
Once you enter this privately owned vacation villa, kick off your shoes and relax. The modern kitchen is to the left of the property, well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make tasty meals for your whole family, while the breakfast bar is a great place to start your morning with coffee and toast before you head out to explore Orlando. The formal dining table is centrally located, a great place to enjoy a meal before spending the evening playing board games or reminiscing about your day. The main family lounge is at the back right of the villa with comfy sofa seating, a flatscreen TV and a door leading to the west-facing pool deck. Watch all your favourite movies here before stepping out for a quick dip in the water. Upstairs is a second lounge with a sectional sofa and flatscreen TV, a great space for younger family members to claim as their own during your stay.
The Main bedroom is located upstairs and at the front left of the villa with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom while Bedroom 2 is at the back left with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The Princess-themed Bedroom 3 is located to the right with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom that is shared with the Star Wars-themed Bedroom 5 which has Twin beds. Bedroom 4 has a Pirate-theme and a Queen-size bed, while being at the back right of the villa. On the ground floor, Bedroom 6 is at the front right and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The Hockey-themed Bedroom 7 is at the right of the villa with a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 8 is back on the ground floor, to the front left of the villa. It has a Harry Potter-theme and 3 sets of Bunk beds, as well as air hockey, table football and arcade games. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come equipped with a flatscreen TV so guests can wind down after a day of exploring Orlando.
While there is no traditional games room in this villa, Bedroom 8 has air hockey, table football and arcade games. Drive just 3 minutes to reach the resort facilities at The Retreat clubhouse, while The Oasis clubhouse can be reached with a 7 minute drive. Here you will find 2 heated swimming pools, a spa, water slides, lazy river, kids splash zone and a licenced Tiki bar serving cold drinks. Inside the clubhouses you will find a modern gym, cinema and games room with arcade machines. There are also beach volleyball and tennis courts for guests with an interest in sport.
