An Applebees and iHop restaurant can be found at Berry Town Center, which is just a mile away and has a Publix supermarket should you want to self-cater. Disney World can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes, so make your way to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios to create unforgettable memories for the whole family. Universal Resorts is 30-35 minutes from your villa and is where you will find Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, with four exciting worlds for your family to explore, including How to Train Your Dragon - Isle of Berk and SUPER NINTENDO WORLD. Universal also has The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, where you can taste a Butterbeer, ride every rollercoaster at Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park will soak you to the bone! Animal lovers will want to head to Discovery Cove to swim with dolphins or SeaWorld, to come face to face with penguins and many other creatures. Both can be reached in only 25-30 minutes.
As soon as you walk into this villa, let your holiday mode kick in. To the right of the front door is a lounge with comfy sofa seating, the ideal place to curl up with a book or have a quiet chat. The spacious kitchen is located to the back left of the villa, well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils you will need for a self-catering vacation. Next to the kitchen is a formal dining able with enough seating for all guests, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal together, before playing card games all evening. At the back right of the villa is a second family lounge, with more comfy seating and a flatscreen TV. Near to the lounge is a door leading to the private pool and spa, so you can watch your favourite movies and slip out for a swim whenever you feel like it.
All bedrooms in this vacation villa are located upstairs. The Main bedroom is to the back left, with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the front left, with a Queen-size bed, while Bedrooms 3 and 4 are to the right, both with Twin beds and are decorated in a style that is suitable for guests of all ages. All rooms come equipped with a flatscreen TV so everyone can drift off to sleep while watching their favourite movies.
Make your way to the games room at the front of the villa to have a practice on the pool table, table football and air hockey. Show off your skills to your family or challenge them to a game to see who the game champion is. Sofa seating is available for those guests who are waiting for their turn. Just four minutes’ walk from your villa are the community facilities, which include a swimming pool, outside fitness zone, a children’s play area and basketball court.

DisneyWorld theme parks are a short drive away along the tourist corridor of the US192 which has a wide choice of shops and restaurants. Supermarkets and golf can also be found within a 2-3 minute drive, as can the I-4 highway and Posner Park retail development.
