The community is situated less than half an hours’ drive from the magic and excitement of Disney World and just 35-40 minutes from SeaWorld and Discovery Cove. Universal Resorts will take approximately 40-45 minutes to reach from here and is home to Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, as ell as The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. Head south a few miles to reach the bustling US192 which offers a wide range of family restaurants catering for all tastes, budget and dietary requirements. A short trip north towards Clermont will also take you to a good selection of restaurants, often with shorter waiting times in busy periods.
This traditional vacation villa is open-plan so that you and your family can relax together in the space provided and forget about the chaos of your normal everyday lives. The centrally placed kitchen has all the appliances, equipment and utensils needed for a self-catering holiday and a convenient breakfast bar for 3 people. Sitting nearby is a small dining table with views across the pool deck, a great place for tea and toast each morning. At the front of the villa is a high-top dining table with seating for 6 people, a great place for mealtimes or evening fun playing board games. The main family lounge is at the heart of the villa and has comfy seating, a flatscreen TV and patio doors leading out to the pool deck area. A more formal lounge is at the front of the villa and has comfy seating and further doors leading to the secluded pool deck.
The spacious Main bedroom is to the left of the front door, just off the formal lounge, and has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the rear of the villa on the right and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a single door leading to the pool deck. Bedroom 3, just off the lounge area, has been furnished with a Queen-size bed and this room is close to Bedroom 4, a Twin-bedded room decorated and furnished in a style to suit everybody. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen TVs so everybody gets the chance to watch their programme of choice.
The community facilities on Orange Tree include children’s play areas, tennis courts and a large playing field with a football pitch for energetic holiday makers to gather together for a game or two. At the rear of the community guests can spend a relaxing afternoon at the catch and release fishing lake before returning to the villa to talk about ‘the one that got away’.
After busy days at the theme parks or shopping malls you can return to the villa for some much needed rest and relaxation. The private pool, with easy access steps and handrail, will be welcomed by everybody and the spa, heated free of charge for our customers, is a great place to ease any tired muscles. With privacy on all sides, a large undercover dining area and access to the en-suite bathroom of Bedroom 2, this is a perfect place to sit and recharge your batteries as you start making plans for your next Orlando villa holiday.

Orange Tree is a peaceful, very popular community located just off the US27 in Clermont, with large plots and wide-open common spaces. Situated close to Disney World, this well-established community is in a fantastic location for everything Orlando has to offer. All of the 4 and 5 bedroom vacation villas we have to rent have a private pool and many of them also benefit from having a games room and south or west-facing view from the pool deck, often with a scenic conservation view. The popular US192, with its wide range of shops and family-friendly restaurants is a few miles south of here.
