Within walking distance of your villa is a large Walmart store, ideal for getting drinks and snacks for lazy days relaxing around your pool. Within the Southern Dunes clubhouse is a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, while for alternative choices, head south on the US27 to find Manny’s Chop House, as well as a few other dining options. Disney World can be reached in 25-30 minutes and is home to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, with daily parades and all your favourite characters. Orlando’s newest theme park - Epic Universe, is a 40-45 minute drive from your villa and has 4 unique and exciting locations, with plenty of experiences for your family to enjoy. More jaw dropping thrills and rides can be found 35-40 minutes away at Universal Resorts which has The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. Animal lovers will want to head to Discovery Cove to swim with dolphins, while SeaWorld has the Mako and Kraken rollercoasters, both 30-35 minutes from your villa.
The modern kitchen is located to the right of the villa, well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make a tasty meal. The breakfast bar is a great place to start your day with tea and coffee, or have a drink while dinner is being made. Next to the kitchen is a formal dining table with windows overlooking the pool, an ideal spot to enjoy a meal and then play board games. The family lounge is to the back right of the home with a flatscreen TV, comfy sofa seating and a door leading to the private pool. Watch your favourite movies here while keeping an eye on your kids as they have a swim.
The Main bedroom is located to the back right of the villa with a King-size bed, a door to the pool and an en-suite bathroom, which also has a door to the pool area. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the property and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedrooms 3 and 4 are to the right of the villa, both with Twin beds and are decorated in styles suitable for guests of all ages. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come equipped with a flatscreen TV, so guests can watch their favourite movies as they fall asleep.

Southern Dunes gated community is on the US27, close to Orlando’s I-4 Highway. Disney World and Universal Resorts theme parks are about 30 minutes away and beaches on both coasts are about an hour's drive from here.
