Within walking distance of your villa is a large Walmart, where you can grab drinks and snacks for lazy days relaxing around the pool. The clubhouse in Southern Dunes serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, while south on the US27 is Manny’s Chop House and a few more restaurants. Disney World can be reached with a 25-30 minute drive and is where you can watch the daily parades at Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Orlando’s newest theme park – Epic Universe is 40-45 minutes away and has 4 unique locations bristling with exciting experiences for your family to have. Adrenaline pumping rides are at Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all found 35-40 minutes from your villa. Discovery Cove, where you can swim with dolphins and SeaWorld, which has penguins and polar bears, are both 30-35 minutes away.
This open plan vacation is perfect for spending quality time with your family. The kitchen is centrally located and is well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils you will need for making delicious meals. The breakfast bar and nearby table are great spots to begin your day with coffee and bagels before you head out to explore Orlando. The formal dining table is to the front of the villa and is where you can enjoy a meal before playing board games once the dishes are cleared away. The family lounge is nearby and has comfy sofa seating, a flatscreen TV and doors leading to the pool, so you can watch all your favourite movies while keeping an eye on your kids as they play in the water.
The Main bedroom is at the back right of the villa with a Queen-size bed, a door to the pool and an en-suite bathroom which also has a door leading to the pool. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed, while Bedrooms 3 and 4 are to the right of the villa, have Twin beds and are decorated in styles suitable for guests of all ages. All bedrooms in this vacation villa are equipped with a flatscreen TV so guests can watch their preferred programme as they prepare for bed.
