This privately owned 5 bedroom vacation home is located on the gated resort community of Solterra in Davenport. It has a southeast-facing splash pool with no overlooking rear neighbours, is close to Orlando’s attractions and has access to the amazing resort facilities, which are only 6 minutes’ walk away and include a modern gym, TV lounge, heated swimming pool, lazy river, water slides, spa and a children’s play area, as well as beach volleyball and tennis courts. Theme parks are all close by so just hop in the car and drive 15-20 minutes to reach Disney World and visit Mickey Mouse at Magic Kingdom, see the World Showcase at Epcot and become a Jedi at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Hollywood Studios. 30-35 minutes from your villa is Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, which has four exciting worlds for you to explore, as well as rollercoasters to ride. Alternatively, Universal Resorts is 25-30 minutes away and has The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. Finally, you can swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove or encounter penguins at SeaWorld, both only 20-25 minutes away. After a long day of rollercoasters, you may not want to cook, so make your way to ChampionsGate and Reunion Villages which are 5 minutes away to find a range of restaurants suitable for all tastes and dietary requirements. The US192 is only a couple of miles away and home to hundreds of restaurants, should more choice be required.
Kick off your shoes as you enter this vacation home and relax fully, knowing your every need will be met. To the centre right is the modern and well-equipped kitchen, with all the utensils and appliances you could need during your stay. Breakfast bar seating for 4 is an excellent place to start your day off with tea and toast, before heading to Orlando’s theme parks. At the rear left of the vacation home is the formal dining table with seating for 6, where you can enjoy dinner and then play board games after the kids clear away the dishes. To the rear right is a family lounge with comfy seating, a flatscreen TV and a door providing access to the southeast-facing pool, perfect for watching a movie together and then slipping out for a quick swim. Upstairs is a second lounge with a pool table and flatscreen TV, useful if additional entertainment is required.
The Main bedroom is located to the back right, with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 2 opposite at the back left with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a Queen-size bed and is the only bedroom on the ground floor. Back upstairs and to the front right is Bedroom 4 with Twin beds, while Bedroom 5, a Toy Story-inspired room with Bunk beds is at the front left. All bedrooms come with a flatscreen TV, ensuring comfort and ease when it comes to early bedtimes.
The upstairs lounge has a pool table and a flatscreen TV, providing plenty of entertainment as you practice your trick shots, before challenging your family to a game. Find more entertainment by walking 6 minutes to the resort facilities at the Solterra clubhouse, which include a modern gym, TV lounge, outside heated swimming pools, lazy river, water slides, spa and a children’s play area, while sporty family members should check out the tennis and beach volleyball courts to find some friendly matches.
Your family will love spending time at the southeast-facing splash pool during your vacation. With walls to either side and conservation to the rear, you can relax in total privacy as you top up your tan or teach the kids how to swim, while a poolside cloakroom will ensure there are no puddles throughout the villa. Have a meal or enjoy a chilled drink at the covered dining table, before having a long chat and making plans for your next Orlando vacation.

Very clean and modern 5 bedroom vacation home on Soltera. The home is equipped for families with a pool table upstairs and a private splash pool at the rear no overlooking neighbours.
Refurbishment work to some of the resort facilities is due to be carried out between September and December 2026. The lazy river is will close from 8 September, with work on the swimming pool and hot tub starting on 22 September. We anticipate these facilities reopening on 14 December 2026, although this may be subject to change. The clubhouse, and all other facilities, will continue operate. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The work is outside our control. If you have an existing booking and have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Solterra have introduced a 'Resort Facilities Fee'. This fee is $35 for parties of up to 12 people and $45 for parties of 12 and more. This covers all guests and for the duration of your stay. This fee can be paid at the clubhouse after arrival on the day and is only payable if you intend to use the facilities. If for example, your flight is delayed and the clubhouse is closed when you arrive, then you can visit the clubhouse the following day to arrange payment.
