It features a south-facing private pool and spa with a lake view, a games room and is just a 6 minute walk from the resort facilities, which include a heated outdoor swimming pool, a spa, children’s play area and a lazy river. Inside the clubhouse you will find a modern gym, TV lounge and internet room. There are also tennis and beach volleyball courts for those guests interested in sports. Just 5 minutes from your villa is ChampionsGate and Reunion Villages, where you will find a wide range of restaurants that will cater to all budgets and tastes. Alternatively, the bustling US192 is a few miles away and offers hundred more dining options for you to try. Disney World can be reached in just 15-20 minutes and is home to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, where you can meet all your favourite Disney characters and create unforgettable memories for your whole family. Orlando’s newest theme park is Epic Universe, which has four exciting worlds to explore, as well as rollercoasters to try, being just a 30-35 minute drive from your villa. The main family lounge is to the back of the villa with a sectional sofa, a flatscreen TV and a door leading to the south-facing pool and spa, so you can watch all your favourite movies here while keeping an eye on the kids as they play in the water. Upstairs is a second lounge with sofa seating and a flatscreen TV, an ideal location for younger guests to claim as their own space.
The Main bedroom is located upstairs and to the rear with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is downstairs and is the only bedroom on the ground floor. Located to the rear of the villa, it has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, which has a door to the south-facing pool. Bedroom 3 is back upstairs and to the left with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom that is shared with Bedroom 4 which has Twin beds. Bedroom 5 is at the back right with Twin beds. All bedrooms come equipped with a flatscreen TV, making early nights more comfortable for all guests.
Find hours of entertainment in the games room located at the front of the villa. Here you will find a pool table and table football on which you can have a practice before challenging your family to a game. Walk just 6 minutes to reach the resort facilities. Here you will find a clubhouse with an internet room, modern gym and a TV lounge. Outside is a heated swimming pool, spa, lazy river and a children’s play area. Guests wanting to remain active should head to the tennis and beach volleyball courts where they can join a friendly game with other holidaymakers.

Very nice 5 bedroom villa on Solterra. The home is well equipped, well maintained and has a beautiful pool deck with a lake view There are multiple lounges in the house and it is well equipped and very clean.
Refurbishment work to some of the resort facilities is due to be carried out between September and December 2026. The lazy river is will close from 8 September, with work on the swimming pool and hot tub starting on 22 September. We anticipate these facilities reopening on 14 December 2026, although this may be subject to change. The clubhouse, and all other facilities, will continue operate. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The work is outside our control. If you have an existing booking and have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Solterra have introduced a 'Resort Facilities Fee'. This fee is $35 for parties of up to 12 people and $45 for parties of 12 and more. This covers all guests and for the duration of your stay. This fee can be paid at the clubhouse after arrival on the day and is only payable if you intend to use the facilities. If for example, your flight is delayed and the clubhouse is closed when you arrive, then you can visit the clubhouse the following day to arrange payment.
