This privately owned vacation villa is located on the luxury gated Davenport resort community of Solterra. It features 5 bedrooms, a private pool and spa, an air-conditioned games room and is just a 10 minute walk from the amazing resort facilities. These include a heated swimming pool, lazy river, children’s play area and picnic areas, while inside the clubhouse is a modern gym, TV lounge and internet room. Just 5 minutes from your villa are ChampionsGate and Reunion Villages, both home to a wide range of restaurants for you to choose from, while the popular US192 is a bit further away and offers hundreds more options. Also, within a few miles of your villa are a number of Publix supermarkets where you can pick up drinks and snacks for days when you are relaxing around the pool and spa. Just 15-20 minutes from your villa, you can find the exciting Disney World, home to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, all ready to fill your days opportunities to create long-lasting memories. Travel 30-35 minutes to reach Epic Universe - Orlando’s newest theme park, with Super Nintendo World and Dark Universe waiting to be explored. Jaw dropping thrills can be found 25-30 minutes away at Universal Resorts, with The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. Visit Discovery Cove to swim with dolphins or ride the Mako rollercoaster at SeaWorld, both just 20-25 minutes from your villa.
The modern kitchen is located to the right of the villa, equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make delicious meals for your family. The breakfast bar offers a great place to start your morning with coffee and toast before you head out for the day. Opposite the kitchen is a formal dining table where you can enjoy a family meal and then play board games all evening, The spacious lounge is located to the back of the villa with a sectional sofa, flatscreen TV and door leading to the private pool and spa. Watch all your favourite movies here while keeping an eye on your kids as they play in the water.
With windows overlooking the private pool and spa, the Main bedroom is located to the back right of the villa with a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the left with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom while, Bedroom 3 is at the front left with a Queen-size bed and a window overlooking the front garden. The Mickey Mouse-themed Bedroom 4 is at the back left of the villa with a Queen-size bed and window overlooking the pool and spa, while the nearby Bedroom 5 has a Disney-theme and 2 Double beds. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come equipped with a flatscreen TV, so guests do not have to miss their favourite programmes as they get ready for bed.
Head to the games room at the front of the villa to play ping-pong and table football in air-conditioned comfort, while catching up with your favourite programmes on the flatscreen TV’s. Walk just 10 minutes to reach the amazing resort facilities which include a clubhouse with an internet room, a modern gym and a TV lounge. Outside is a heated swimming pool, a lazy river, picnic areas and a children’s play area. For sportier guests there are tennis and beach volleyball courts available for use.
Spend quality time with your family at your very own private pool and spa. With conservation views and no overlooking neighbours to the rear of the villa, you can enjoy a relaxing soak in the spa, before drying off under the Florida sunshine while your kids play in the water. A nearby door provides access to the bathroom, ensuring kids can easily find a towel without leaving wet footprints throughout the villa. Later enjoy a chilled drink and snack at the covered seating area or have a meal at the nearby table while watching a movie on the poolside TV.

Very nice 5 bedroom villa on Solterra. The home has a fantastic southeast facing view on the pool deck with no rear neighbours that is very picturesque. The house is comfortably spread out. The games room has air-conditioning and the kitchen is very modern adn well-equipped.
Refurbishment work to some of the resort facilities is due to be carried out between September and December 2026. The lazy river is will close from 8 September, with work on the swimming pool and hot tub starting on 22 September. We anticipate these facilities reopening on 14 December 2026, although this may be subject to change. The clubhouse, and all other facilities, will continue operate. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The work is outside our control. If you have an existing booking and have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Solterra have introduced a 'Resort Facilities Fee'. This fee is $35 for parties of up to 12 people and $45 for parties of 12 and more. This covers all guests and for the duration of your stay. This fee can be paid at the clubhouse after arrival on the day and is only payable if you intend to use the facilities. If for example, your flight is delayed and the clubhouse is closed when you arrive, then you can visit the clubhouse the following day to arrange payment.
