Florida's other world-class attractions and theme parks are within easy driving distances with Disney World being 15-20 minutes away, Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, 30-35 minutes and Universal Resorts can be reached in less than half an hour. The villa offers an amazing Harry Potter-themed bedroom to appeal to young children, a great air-conditioned games room for the whole family to enjoy and an extended south-facing pool deck with a natural lake view to the rear. Guests staying here are able to use all the Solterra resort facilities, just 7 minutes walk away, including pool with lazy river, fully equipped gym, clubhouse and sports courts. A good selection of shops and family-friendly restaurants can be found within a few miles of here.
The beautiful open-plan living accommodation starts with a formal dining table at the front of the villa, large enough for 8 guests to eat together comfortably. The modern kitchen is next and has been equipped with all the utensils and pots and pans you might need and has a breakfast bar with 4 seats. Overlooking the pool deck is another dining table, this one has 6 seats, which is a great place to enjoy tea and toast each morning. The main family TV lounge sits nearby and has comfy sofas, large flatscreen TV and doors leading out to the pool deck. Upstairs is a second lounge area, for when viewing preferences differ, and this one also has comfy sofas and a massive flatscreen TV for all to enjoy.
The spacious Main bedroom, upstairs to the left of the landing, has a King-size bed, balcony and a large en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2, to the right of the landing also has a King-size bed an en-suite shower room. Bedroom 3, with an amazing Harry Potter theme, has two sets of Bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom that is shared with Bedroom 4, which has 2 Double beds. Bedroom 5, also situated on the ground floor at the rear of the villa, has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 6, which is across from Bedroom 5, has Twin beds and has been decorated and furnished in a style that would appeal to all guests. For added guest comfort and convenience, each bedroom has its own TV and ceiling fan.
The nicely decorated, air-conditioned games room at the front of the property, comes with a pool table, table football and seating for those family members that just want to watch! The community clubhouse is just a 7 minute walk away and offers an internet room, TV lounge, outdoor swimming pool with separate lazy river, spa and sunbathing area, fully-equipped fitness centre, picnic area, kid's play area, fishing lake, tennis and volleyball courts.
The extended south-facing pool deck, with private pool, benefits from having a large covered dining area with ceiling fans and a beautiful natural lake view to the rear, this is the perfect setting to return to each evening after a busy day at the parks and recharge your batteries.

Solterra have introduced a 'Resort Facilities Fee'. This fee is $35 for parties of up to 12 people and $45 for parties of 12 and more. This covers all guests and for the duration of your stay. This fee can be paid at the clubhouse after arrival on the day and is only payable if you intend to use the facilities. If for example, your flight is delayed and the clubhouse is closed when you arrive, then you can visit the clubhouse the following day to arrange payment.
