From Tuscan Ridge you can be at the Disney parks in 20 minutes and at SeaWorld and the Universal parks in around half an hour, while Orlando's newest theme park - Epic Universe, can be reached in 35-40 minutes. A few miles south of your villa is Posner Park shopping mall, where you can watch a film at the multiscreen cinema, visit shops such as Target and Best Buy, or get a bite to eat. For more dinner options after a busy day exploring the parks, stop off at one of the many bars and restaurants that line the popular US192, just north of the community, which have a selection suiting all budgets and tastes.
On entering the villa, the formal dining area, with a glass-topped table seating 6 guests is on the left. Look out over the front garden as you dine! Directly in front of the entrance is the formal lounge where 3 guests can sit together and read a book, or open the doors to the pool deck and head outside. The kitchen is at the heart of the villa and has white appliances with a breakfast bar seating two guests. Behind the kitchen is a dining area seating four guests around a circular glass-topped table with a view across the pool. The family lounge is to the rear of the villa near to the kitchen. Rest your legs after a busy day exploring all that Florida has to offer on the six-seat corner sofa and watch the flatscreen TV, or slide open the patio door and make use of the pool outside!
All of the bedrooms other than Bedroom 2 are downstairs. The Main bedroom is on the right as you enter the villa. It has a King-size bed, flatscreen TV, door to the pool and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the top of the stairs and also has a King-size bed, flatscreen TV and en-suite bathroom. At the rear of the villa on the left-hand side is Bedroom 3, which has a King-size bed, flatscreen TV, door to the garden and an en-suite bathroom through which you can access the pool deck. Bedroom 4 is also on the left-hand side of the villa, just off of the living area and has Twin beds. Next to Bedroom 4 is Bedroom 5, which also has Twin beds as well as a TV.
The games room at the front of the villa is the perfect place to burn off any extra energy at the end of the day. Take a seat and wait patiently for your turn at pool or air hockey!
You’ll want to spend plenty of time on the lovely double-aspect pool with conservation view, which faces both south and west. With no neighbours to overlook you, why not take a dip in the private pool, relax in the spa or lounge about on the pool deck soaking up the Florida sun? As the evening rolls in, enjoy an alfresco meal under the covered dining area and look out over the trees and grass behind the villa while making plans for the next day.

Tuscan Ridge sits midway between the lively US192 and the I-4 Highway, close to Disney World and many other popular Orlando attractions and theme parks.
