Just 30-35 minutes from your villa is Discovery Cove where you can swim with dolphins, while nearby SeaWorld has penguins, manatees and polar bears.

The kitchen is at the back right of the property, well-equipped with all the appliance and utensils needed for making tasty meals. The breakfast bar provides a great spot to enjoy tea and toast before heading out to explore Orlando. The nearby dining table is where you can enjoy a meal before playing board games all evening. The main family lounge is at the rear of the villa with comfy sofa seating, a flatscreen TV and doors leading to the pool and spa, so you can watch movies and keep an eye on your kids as they play in the pool. Curl up with a book on the sofa seating in the second lounge, located at the front of the villa, while a third lounge is upstairs with sofa seating and a flatscreen TV, an ideal spot for younger guests to claim as their own space.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor. It is at the back left of the home with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 is at the front left with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 3 is at the front right with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 has Twin beds and is at the left of the villa, while the Lilo and Stitch-themed Bedroom 5 is at the back left and has Twin beds.
Fun for all can be found upstairs in the air-conditioned games room, featuring air-hockey and an arcade game. Walk just 1 minute to reach the resort facilities, which include a clubhouse with a modern gym, computer room, TV lounge and a games room. Outside is a heated swimming pool and spa, while sporty guests can make use of the basketball and beach volleyball courts.
The private pool and spa is the ideal place to relax and recharge after a day of exploring all that Orlando has to offer. While your kids play in the pool, enjoy a relaxing soak in the spa and enjoy the partial conservation views to the rear. Afterwards, dry off in the Florida sunshine or sip on a cold drink as you relax at the covered seating area. This is a recent addition to our portfolio of Orlando vacation villas and we are still waiting for our first guest review of this property. When our inspection team visited this villa in September 2026 they said: Very nice and well maintained 5 bedroom villa on Watersong. It is very well kept, well decorated and has a perfect touch of modern and classic. The pool deck is in very nice condition with plenty of dining and seating options and has a scenic view. It is within easy walking distance of the clubhouse.
