At the front of the open-plan villa is a kitchen area, equipped with all the appliances, gadgets and utensils to fulfil any culinary requirement and a small dining table overlooking the front garden, a perfect place for that early morning tea or coffee. A larger dining table is on the other side of the kitchen, perfect for mealtimes or evening fun with a deck of playing cards. The lounge is at the rear of the villa and has comfy sofas in front of a flatscreen TV and has doors leading to the west-facing pool area so you can make the most of the glorious Florida sunshine.
The Main bedroom is at the back on the left and has a King-size bed, windows overlooking the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the back on the right and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a door leading to the pool area. Bedroom 3 will appeal to Minions fans and has Twin beds, this is close to Bedroom 4 which is a Princess-themed bedroom with Twin beds. All bedrooms have a flatscreen TV so everybody gets the chance to watch their chosen programme as they drift off to sleep after a busy day.
Fun moments in the games room turn into unforgettable memories as you challenge each other to games of table football or air hockey. Players waiting to challenge the winner can get their hand-eye co-ordination up to scratch by shooting a few hoops on the basketball game. Guests staying on The Shire have access to the West Haven community facilities located at the entrance to a neighbouring sub-community, The Dales, and these include a swimming pool, TV lounge and well-equipped gym.

The Shire is a small, peaceful gated subdivision of West Haven, a popular Davenport community close to Disney World with a range of 4 and 5 bedroom privately owned villas, all with their own pool and spa. Many of our villas to rent also have a games room and south or west-facing pool. Disney is 15 minutes away, while Universal and SeaWorld are 30 minutes away. Shops, restaurants and golf courses are all within a short driving distance.
