From here you can be enjoying the magic of Disney in about 10-15 minutes, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove in about 15-20 minutes, Orlando's newest theme park - Epic Universe in 25-30 minutes and Universal within half an hour. The US192 is just a couple of miles from here and this is where you will find hundreds of family-friendly restaurants suitable for all tastes, budgets and appetites. The clubhouse offers some of the best community facilities in Kissimmee and this is just a 2 minute walk from the apartment, guests are able to make full use of the lagoon-style outdoor swimming pool, water park, cinema, gym, putting green, Tiki bar and outdoor sports courts.
Central to the apartment is the family lounge area which has comfy sofas each seating 3 people, a flatscreen TV and doors to a west-facing balcony. The galley-style kitchen has been equipped with everything you might need to make some meals or packed lunches and the dining table is large enough for the whole family to sit and enjoy a meal together or for an evening of board game fun.
The Main bedroom is to the right of the lounge and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen-size bed and direct access to another bathroom. Bedroom 3 is to the left of the lounge and has Twin beds.
Resort facilities, just a 2 minute walk from here, include a lagoon-style heated swimming pool, water park, Tiki bar, BBQ and picnic areas, sports courts, putting green, cinema and gym.
Come back home to the apartment and relax on the west-facing balcony with a glass of wine once the little ones are tucked up in bed.
Windsor Hills is a highly recommended gated Kissimmee resort, and one of the closest communities to Disney World. With Orlando’s other theme parks Universal, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove, all within an easy driving distance. Shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets are within a 2 mile drive of here on the US192. Many of our privately owned rental villas on this resort have a family games room or south or west-facing pool and spa. Facilities here include heated swimming pool, kiddie's water park, gym, sports courts, cinema, BBQ area and 24 hour manned security at the entrance gate.
A maximum of 3 cars is allowed per property on Windsor Hills. These must be parked on the driveway of the villa and must not block the sidewalks or be parked on the streets or grass. Additional parking locations are located near the clubhouse. Quiet times for Windsor Hills are from 11pm to 7am.
