This privately owned 6 bedroom vacation villa is located on the gated resort community of Windsor Hills in Kissimmee. It features a west-facing pool and spa with scenic views and no overlooking rear neighbours, a complimentary gas BBQ grill, an air-conditioned home cinema room and is just a 4 minute drive or 18 minute walk from the resort facilities. At the clubhouse you will find a 40 seat cinema, modern gym, computer room and video games arcade with ping pong and pool tables. Outside is a heated swimming pool, hot tub, kids water park, castle play area and a Tiki bar serving chilled drinks and snacks. Sporty guests will want to head to the beach volleyball, basketball and tennis courts to find some competition. Just a mile from our villa is a large Walmart, where you can get drinks and snacks for lazy days relaxing around the pool and spa. Just a few minutes away from your villa is the popular US192, which is home to hundreds of shops and restaurants, which will cater to all tastes and dietary requirements. Disney World can be reached in just 10-15 minutes by car, so head to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios to meet all your favourite characters and watch the daily parades. Orlando’s newest theme park – Epic Universe, can be reached in 25-30 minutes and has exciting experiences and locations for your family to explore. Find adrenaline pumping rides at Universal Resorts with The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park all just 20-25 minutes from your villa. Animal lovers will want to visit Discovery Cove to swim with dolphins, or encounter penguins and manatees at SeaWorld, both just 15-20 minutes away.
The modern and well-equipped kitchen is located to the left of the villa, the perfect place to cook delicious meals for your family. Start your morning off with tea and toast at the breakfast bar or relax throughout the day with a chilled drink at the nearby table. The formal dining table is located centrally left, an ideal place to enjoy a meal or play board games all evening. The main family lounge is to the back of the villa, with a sectional sofa, a flatscreen TV and nearby door leading to the west-facing pool and spa. Watch your favourite movies here before stepping out for a quick dip in the water. A second family lounge is located to the front of the villa, a great spot for curling up with a book.
The Main bedroom is upstairs and to the right of the villa with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom while Bedroom 2 is at the front right and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is the only bedroom on the ground floor, making it ideal for less mobile guests. It is at the back right and has a Queen-size bed. Back upstairs, Bedroom 4 is at the back of the villa with 2 Double beds, while the WALL-E themed Bedroom 5 is to the left of the villa and has Twin beds. Bedroom 6 is to the front left and has a Lilo and Stitch-theme and Twin beds. All bedrooms in this vacation villa are equipped with a flatscreen TV, so guest can watch their favourite movies as they drift off to sleep.
Head to the air-conditioned home cinema room to relax on the comfy seating and watch all the latest blockbusters on the large flatscreen TV. Find more entertainment by walking 18 minutes or taking a 4 minute drive. At the clubhouse, you will find resort facilities including a heated lagoon pool, kids water park, hot tub, castle play area and a Tiki bar serving cold drinks. Inside the clubhouse is a 40- seat cinema, modern gym, computer room, video games arcade with ping pong and pool tables.
