Located on the community of Calabay Parc in Davenport, this privately owned 4 bedroom vacation villa has a private pool, a games room and good sized rooms. A children’s play area can be found just 6 minutes walk away from your villa so you can let the kids burn off the last off their energy before bedtime. Disney World, home to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios is only 25-30 minutes away by car, so make your way there and create unforgettable memories. Alternative attractions include Universal Resorts, where you can ride the Hogwarts Express at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, make a splash at Volcano Bay water park and ride every rollercoaster at Islands of Adventure, all only 35-40 minutes away. Make sure to also pay a visit to Orlando's newest theme park, Universal Epic Universe, only 35-40 minutes from your villa and bringing new and exciting attractions. Your family would also love swimming with dolphins at Discovery Cove or meeting penguins in SeaWorld, both only 30-35 minutes away. After getting back from a day of rollercoasters you might not feel like cooking, so drive about a mile and make your way to Berry Town Center to find several restaurants, or a couple of miles further north to reach the US192 here you will find hundreds more dining options to choose from.
To the right of the villa is the kitchen, equipped with all the utensils and appliances you will need to make tasty meals for the entire family. Next to the kitchen at the front of the villa is a formal dining table with seating for 6, an ideal place to have a meal before playing board games long into the evening. Towards the rear of the villa is a family lounge with comfy seating, a flatscreen TV and a door leading to the pool, so you can watch a movie while keeping an eye on kids as they play in the water.
Located to the back right of the villa is the Main bedroom, with a Queen-size bed, a window overlooking the pool and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is on the other side of the villa at the back left, with a Queen-size bed, window overlooking the pool and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is to the left of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and Bedroom 4 is nearby with Twin beds and a Mickey Mouse-inspired theme. For convenience and ease, all bedrooms in this vacation villa have a flatscreen TV.
Head to the front left of the villa to find the games room equipped with a pool table. Practice your trick shots before challenging members of your family to a game, while those waiting for their turn can do so on the additional sofa seating. Keep the kids further entertained by walking 6 minutes to the community play area, where they can burn off the last of their energy before bedtime.
Spend time with the family at your very own private pool where you can teach the kids to swim, while a nearby door leading to the en-suite bathroom for Bedroom 2 will help prevent any wet footprints throughout the villa. After soaking up the sun, sit at the covered seating and sip on a chilled drink as you chat and plan your next Orlando villa vacation.
