The popular US192, with its abundance of shops, restaurants and fast food options, is just a couple of miles away. Berry Town Center is slightly closer in the opposite direction and has some family-friendly restaurants, a British bar and a Publix supermarket. Disney World theme parks can be reached within 15-20 minutes of leaving here and SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are about 25-30 minutes away. Universal Resorts, which includes Orlando's exciting new theme park with brand new rollercoasters, Epic Universe, as well as Volcano Bay water park and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, can be reached in about 35-40 minutes by driving along the nearby I-4 Highway, which also leads to Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Center and some of Florida’s award-winning beaches.

The open-plan living accommodation includes a spacious lounge area at the back of the villa with 3 comfy sofas in front of a large flatscreen TV and doors leading to the sunny pool deck. The well-equipped kitchen has all the appliances, gadgets and utensils you might need to prepare tasty picnics and packed lunches to take with you on a day trip or evening meals you can share with your family. If you want to get the youngsters involved with meal preparation or washing up, then there is a breakfast bar you can sit at to supervise proceedings! A nearby dining table overlooking the pool deck is great for mealtimes or just for sitting around chatting and playing card games together.
The Main bedroom is to one side of the villa, away from all other bedrooms and is ideal for early risers that don’t want to disturb other guests. It has a King-size bed, door to the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is centrally placed and has a King-size bed and is next to a family bathroom. Near the front of the villa are Bedrooms 3 and 4, each of which have Twin beds and are decorated in a style that would suit all guests, these two bedrooms share an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have their own televisions so there is no need to compromise about what to watch.
Kids of all ages will keep themselves entertained in the games room playing endless games of pool, air hockey and table football. The community tennis court is tucked away in a quiet corner of the estate a couple of minutes’ walk from your villa, close by is a children’s playground and a BBQ and picnic area you are welcome to use during your holiday.
Spend your lazy days relaxing on the extended south-facing pool deck as you watch the kids splash around and cool down in the pool or relax in the spa and ease any aching muscles. With plenty of seating options for the whole family, privacy on both sides and a conservation view to the rear, this is a relaxing oasis to help you recharge your batteries. Highgate Park is a peaceful gated sub-community within the larger Legacy Park community on the US27 in Davenport. It is close to Disney World and all road links taking you to Universal, SeaWorld and Orlando’s other top attractions. All of our rental villas have a private pool and many of them have a games room which the kids will love, a spa to help you relax and a south or west-facing pool deck for sun worshippers, many also have scenic views for you to enjoy as you recharge your batteries.
