This privately owned 4 bedroom vacation villa is located on the gated community of Marbella North in Davenport. It features a private pool and spa, a games room and is just a 2 minute walk from the community facilities, which include a children’s play area, a tennis court and basketball court, so guests can use up the last of their energy before bed. Drive a couple of miles to reach the US27 and head north to ChampionsGate or south towards Haines City, where on the way, you will pass plenty of restaurants and fast-food outlets. Also, just a few miles away is a Publix Supermarket or a 24hr Walmart at Southern Dunes, places where you can pick up snacks and drinks for lazy days relaxing around the pool. Disney World can be reached in 25-30 minutes and is home to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, offering to fill your day with wonder and unforgettable memories. Orlando’s newest theme park is Epic Universe, which has 4 exciting worlds to explore and thrilling rollercoasters to ride, all just 40-45 minutes from your villa. More adrenaline pumping excitement can be found at Universal Resorts, with The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park just 35-40 minutes away. 30-35 minutes from your villa, Discovery Cove offers the opportunity to swim with dolphins, while SeaWorld has the jaw dropping Kraken and Mako rollercoasters.
This open-plan vacation villa is perfect for spending quality time with your family. The kitchen in this vacation villa is located to the central right of the villa, well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make delicious meals for your family. Next to the kitchen is a formal dining table, a great spot to start your day with coffee and bagels or enjoy a home cooked meal before playing board games all evening. The main family lounge is located to the rear of the villa with comfy sofa seating, a flatscreen TV and a door leading to the private pool and spa. This makes it a great place for watching movies before stepping out for a dip in the water. Towards the front of the villa is a second lounge with a flatscreen TV and sofa seating, helpful for guests who don’t want to miss their favourite programme.
The Main bedroom is to the back left of the villa with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom which has a door to the private pool and spa. Bedroom 2 is towards the left and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is nearby and has a Queen-size bed, while Bedroom 4 is also to the left, with Twin beds and is decorated in a style to suit guests of all ages. All bedrooms in this vacation villa are equipped with a flatscreen TV, ensuring all guests total relaxation as they prepare for bed.
Head to the games room located at the left of the villa to find a pool table on which you can practice your trick shots, before showing off to your family or challenging them to a game. Community facilities can be reached with a quick 2 minute walk and include a children’s play area, as well as tennis and basketball courts, so everyone can use up the last of their energy before bed.
After a day of exploring Orlando, come back and recharge your batteries at your very own private pool and spa. The community made up of less than 100 villas is centered around the masses of conservation and woodland where you will find some of Florida’s most loved wildlife in their natural habitat. The Disney theme parks along with Universal Studios, SeaWorld and International Drive are all within a 30-minute drive of the community.
