Restaurant options can be found on the popular US192, a few miles south of here, and satisfying all tastes, appetites and dietary requirements from salads to steaks, burritos to burgers and pizza to pancakes. Magic Kingdom and the other Disney World parks are also along the US192 and will take about 20-25 minutes to reach. SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are along the I-4 Highway and can be reached in as little as 30-35 minutes, with Universal Resorts, including Epic Universe, Orlando's brand new theme park, Volcano Bay water park and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, a 35-40 minute drive from here.
Immerse yourself in your Florida holiday at this comfortable vacation villa, away from the stresses and strains of everyday living. To the left of the front door is the open-plan, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast table seating 4 people, a great place to start your day with tea and toast. To the right of the front door is a formal dining table seating 6 people, a great place for mealtimes or evenings playing board games. Adjacent to the formal dining area is the family lounge, filled with lots of natural light and furnished with a large comfy corner sofa flatscreen TV and doors leading out to the sunny pool deck.
The Main bedroom is to the right of the family lounge area at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the left of the family lounge and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are opposite the Main bedroom and each have Twin beds, one with a Harry Potter theme, the other is pink in colour. With a TV in every bedroom nobody has to miss out on watching their favourite TV show as they drift off to sleep at the end of each busy day.
The games room will prove to be a firm favourite with all the family and is equipped with a football table, basketball game and seating to enjoy spending time together in a fun atmosphere.
At the end of a busy day at the theme parks or shopping malls, come back home to your villa for some rest and relaxation. The large pool deck has views across the conservation area at the rear of the property and the kids will love splashing around in the large pool while adults sit back and relax. The covered outdoor dining area is a great place for everybody to come together and enjoy alfresco lunches or evening drinks.
Orange Tree is a peaceful, very popular community located just off the US27 in Clermont, with large plots and wide-open common spaces. Situated close to Disney World, this well-established community is in a fantastic location for everything Orlando has to offer. All of the 4 and 5 bedroom vacation villas we have to rent have a private pool and many of them also benefit from having a games room and south or west-facing view from the pool deck, often with a scenic conservation view. The popular US192, with its wide range of shops and family-friendly restaurants is a few miles south of here.
