The fun and excitement of Disney World is 20-25 minutes away from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove just 30-35 minutes away by car. Orlando's brand new theme park, Epic Universe, as well as The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park can all be located at Universal Resorts which will take approximately 35-40 minutes to reach via the I-4 Highway. Berry Town Center is 2 miles south of Legacy Park and has a Publix supermarket for all your grocery shopping and a selection of restaurants and take-aways to choose from. The lively US192 is a few miles north of the community and this is where you can choose from hundreds of dining options, catering for all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements.
This traditional family villa offers you and your family lots of space to be able to relax together and make many happy memories of your time here in Orlando. The open-plan layout has a kitchen at the heart of everything, equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils for a self catering holiday. A nearby dining table is a great place for breakfast together as you start planning your day ahead, with a second dining table closer to the front of the villa being an ideal setting for special occasion meals or fun evenings together playing board games. The family lounge is at the rear of the villa and is filled with lots of natural light flowing in from the south-facing pool area and furnished with enough comfy seating so that everybody can relax and watch a movie together on the flatscreen TV. A second lounge area overlooks the front garden, an ideal location for quiet book-reading moments at the end of a busy day.
The Main bedroom is at the back of the villa on the right and has a King-size bed, patio doors leading to the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on the left of the villa and have each been furnished with Twin beds and decorated in a style that would suit all guests, a family bathroom separates these two rooms.
Head to the garage at the front of the house and challenge other family members to a few games of table tennis to find out who the best player is. If real tennis is more your game, then head to the community facilities near the entrance of the community and play on the tennis court here.
The outside area is in an elevated position so you have no overlooking neighbours to the rear, it is south-facing so you will have lots of sun and the private pool is larger than average so you can all enjoy splashing around in here when you come home from the parks, before settling down to drinks and snacks around the table and making plans for your next Florida villa holiday.
Highgate Park is a peaceful gated sub-community within the larger Legacy Park community on the US27 in Davenport. It is close to Disney World and all road links taking you to Universal, SeaWorld and Orlando’s other top attractions.
