Offering a family games room and conservation views from the west-facing pool and spa deck, this villa is ideal for your family holiday to Orlando. Guests staying here are able to access the community tennis court within the estate, a couple of minutes’ walk from the villa and close to the family BBQ area and children’s playground. Magic Kingdom and the other Disney World theme parks are 15-20 minutes away along the bustling US192, which is also where you will discover hundreds of restaurants and take-aways for your evening meal. SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are both just 25-30 minutes from here along the nearby I-4 Highway, which will also lead you to Epic Universe, the exciting new theme park in Orlando, as well as The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay and other attractions at Universal Resorts in about 35-40 minutes. Berry Town Center is about a mile from Legacy Park and offers a selection of family restaurants, a British bar and a Publix supermarket.
This comfortable home from home offers everybody the chance to relax and enjoy their Florida holiday. Just inside the front door is a formal lounge area with comfy sofas, flatscreen TV and windows overlooking the garden. The kitchen is at the heart of the villa and has all the appliances, equipment and utensils you will need to help prepare some tasty family meals, and the breakfast bar is a great place to enjoy snacks and drinks. The nearby dining table with 6 chairs overlooks the pool deck and is a great place for meals and evenings spent together playing games and chatting. To the left of the kitchen is the main family lounge with lots of comfy seating, a flatscreen TV and doors leading to the west-facing pool deck.
The Main bedroom is upstairs, to the left of the landing and has a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom and patio doors to a west-facing balcony with seating for 2 people looking out across woodland to the rear. Bedroom 2 is downstairs to the left of the main lounge and has a Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom and patio doors to the pool deck. Bedroom 3 is upstairs next to the Main bedroom and has a Queen-size bed, Bedroom 4 is next to this and has Twin beds and Bedroom 5 is opposite and also has Twin beds. All bedrooms have been supplied with a flatscreen TV, making relaxing holiday mornings in bed even more enjoyable.
The games room is equipped with a pool table, air hockey and seating for spectators, enough to keep all guests happy. The community tennis court is a couple of minutes’ walk away from here, next to a children’s playground and family picnic area.
The good-sized, west-facing pool deck with views of conservation and woodland to the rear of the property has a private pool and spa, a large, covered area and plenty of space to relax in the beautiful Florida sun.
Highgate Park is a peaceful gated sub-community within the larger Legacy Park community on the US27 in Davenport. It is close to Disney World and all road links taking you to Universal, SeaWorld and Orlando’s other top attractions. All of our rental villas have a private pool and many of them have a games room which the kids will love, a spa to help you relax and a south or west-facing pool deck for sun worshippers, many also have scenic views for you to enjoy as you recharge your batteries. From here, the popular US192, with its bars, shops and restaurants, is just a short drive away.
