The community tennis court is in a peaceful corner of the estate, close to a kiddie’s play park and family BBQ area and guests have full access to these facilities during their stay. Berry Town Center is about a mile from here and offers a selection of family-friendly restaurants, a British bar and a Publix supermarket. The popular US192 is a couple of miles away in the other direction and has hundreds of restaurants and take-aways to choose from, taking care of all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements. It is this road you will take to reach Magic Kingdom and the other Disney World parks which you can do in about 15-20 minutes. Discovery Cove and SeaWorld will take you about 25-30 minutes driving on the nearby I-4 Highway, while Epic Universe, Orlando's brand new theme park, as well as The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay water park and the other attractions of Universal Resorts are about 35-40 minutes away.
As soon as you step through the front door it will feel like you are entering your own home, with comfortable furnishings and a warm ambience that encourages you to immediately relax and settle into holiday mode. The open-plan design includes a kitchen, equipped with all the appliances and gadgets you are likely to need and a convenient breakfast bar for snacks and drinks. Between the kitchen and doors leading to the south-facing pool deck is a dining table, great for meals and family gatherings to discuss the itinerary of the day ahead. The nearby lounge is filled with lots of natural light and furnished with comfy seating and a large flatscreen TV, great for movie nights in together.
The Main bedroom is to the left of the villa and has a King-size bed, doors to the sunny pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the left of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and is next to the family bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are at the front of the villa and each have Twin beds and are decorated in a style suitable for all holidaymakers, these rooms share an en-suite bathroom. With a TV in every bedroom there is no need for anybody to miss out on watching their favourite show as they drift off to sleep each night.
The games room is equipped with a pool table and table football, ideal for the whole family to get together and enjoy quality time making happy memories. The community tennis court is a couple of minutes’ walk from here, close to the children’s playground and the family BBQ and picnic area.
The south-facing pool deck with a good amount of privacy screening has a pool and relaxing spa as well as an outdoor dining table. A perfect way to spend days relaxing in the sun and resting from the theme parks. There is direct access to the pool deck loo, so no mad sprints through the house with wet feet!
Highgate Park is a peaceful gated sub-community within the larger Legacy Park community on the US27 in Davenport. It is close to Disney World and all road links taking you to Universal, SeaWorld and Orlando’s other top attractions.
