Situated on the small, gated community of Mission Park on the US27 in Clermont, is this delightful 4 bedroom vacation villa which has a games room and a large, south-facing private pool area with no neighbours to the rear. Guests staying on Mission Park can access the community facilities which include a swimming pool, kiddie’s play area and basketball court. The magical Disney World is just 20-25 minutes from here and SeaWorld and Discovery Cove can be reached in approximately 30-35 minutes. Universal Resorts, which is a 35-40 minute car drive away, is where you will find Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, as well as The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay water park and Islands of Adventure. Restaurant options, catering for all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements, can be found either along the popular US192, a few miles south of here, or towards Clermont where the waiting times are often considerably less, particularly during busy holiday periods.
The spacious open-plan villa has all the comforts of home and is a great base for your Florida holiday. Centrally placed is the kitchen, equipped with all the appliances, utensils and gadgets you will require if you want to cook a meal for your family. The breakfast bar here is a convenient place to sit and enjoy snacks and drinks throughout the day, with the nearby dining table a perfect place for mealtimes or evening fun with a pack of playing cards. The lounge is filled with lots of natural light flowing in from the patio doors leading to the south-facing pool deck and has been furnished with comfy seating in front of a large flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom is at the back of the villa on the right and has windows overlooking the pool deck, a Queen-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is on the left of the lounge and has windows overlooking the pool deck, a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is on the left of the front door and has a window overlooking the garden and Twin beds, close by is Bedroom 4, another Twin-bedded room, decorated and furnished in a style to suit all guests.
For those with energy left to burn after a day at the parks, there is a games room where you can play as many games of pool as you want to, before flipping the table top over for a few games of air hockey. Seating has also been supplied so spectators can watch the action unfold in comfort! The community facilities, including swimming pool, play area with swings and slides and basketball court, are a few minutes away and guests are welcome to make full use of these amenities.
The extended south-facing pool deck area provides ample space for the whole family to relax and top up their tans if they are not splashing around in the private pool. With privacy fencing to the back and a covered dining area this is a great place to sit in the evenings making plans for your next Florida villa holiday.
Mission Park is a small gated community close to Disney World and with excellent road links taking you to Universal, SeaWorld and all of Orlando’s other top attractions.
