This spacious villa has modern décor and furnishings in every room and will provide you and your family with everything you need to enjoy quality time together. The open-plan layout includes a kitchen, equipped with all the appliances and utensils you are likely to need, and a breakfast bar with 2 seats. A small dining table within the kitchen is a perfect spot for tea and toast each morning as you decide on your plans for the days ahead or sit around the nearby dining table for dinner or playing games and chatting. The family lounge is at the rear of the villa, overlooking the south-facing pool deck, and has a comfy corner sofa and flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom is to the left of the lounge and has a King-size bed, door to the pool area and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the back on the left and has a King-size bed, while Bedroom 3, at the front on the left, has Twin beds. Bedroom 4 has Bunk beds and is suitable for guests of all ages and genders. A flatscreen TV in each bedroom makes early nights even more enjoyable if you want to retire early and continue watching your favourite programme.
Guests with energy left to burn should head to the games room for a few games of table tennis or table football or burn a few extra calories off on the exercise machine. Community facilities, positioned around Southern Dunes, are available for all guests to enjoy and include swimming pools, tennis courts and children’s play areas. Just beside the clubhouse is a Top Tracer driving range where families can enjoy a fun activity together, whether you’re a golf enthusiast or simply giving it a try.
