Whether you are travelling with your family or with a group of friends, this modern villa has room for all guests to spend quality time together. The open-plan living accommodation means that you can be with each other, as well as being able to find quiet areas where you can sit in peace, either alone or with your partner. At the rear of the villa is a traditionally styled lounge with a corner sofa and armchair in front of a large flatscreen TV, a window overlooks the west-facing pool deck so you can still keep an eye on the youngsters having fun outside while you relax indoors. A second lounge area is the ideal spot for the kids to claim as their own, with comfy seating and a large flatscreen TV. The fully equipped kitchen means you can cook some fabulous meals for the whole family without having to go out for dinner each evening and it’s large enough for everybody to pitch in and help. A breakfast bar seating 6 people is the ideal place for snacks and light meals at any time, but there are 2 further dining tables should you want to sit down and eat or play board games together.
The Main bedroom is to the left of the lounge and has a King-size bed, door to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the villa and also has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is at the centre of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is to one side of the second lounge and has a Queen-size bed, Bedroom 5, which has Twin beds and a Disney theme, is on the other side of the second lounge. There’s no need to miss out on your favourite TV show in this villa, each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV.
Kids can challenge adults to a game of pool or air hockey in the games room, with the loser having to do the washing up as a forfeit! Resort facilities, including outdoor heated swimming pool, modern gym, sports courts and play area for young children, can be found just a 7 minute walk from the villa at the clubhouse.
The extended, west-facing pool deck, secluded from overlooking neighbours has a beautiful lake view to the rear. The kids will enjoy splashing around in their own private pool while the adults can relax in the spa. The undercover seating area is perfect for sitting under in the evening with a cold beer from the fridge recharging your batteries after a hectic day at the parks.
