Shops, bars and restaurants are all easily reached from here, with the nearest ones situated at ChampionsGate Village, 2 miles away along the Ronald Reagan Parkway.

Doors and windows from the lounge look out over the south-facing pool deck. Nearby is the large open-plan kitchen that has been equipped with all the gadgets and utensils you might need for a self-catering holiday. The breakfast bar, seating 3 people, is ideal for snacks and drinks at any time of the day, with a more formal dining table by the front lounge for those special occasion meals or an evening of playing board games.
The spacious Main bedroom is upstairs at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed, large en-suite bathroom and a screened balcony that it shares with Bedroom 2, looking out over conservation woodland to the rear. Bedroom 2, next to the Main bedroom, has a Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom and it's own access to the balcony. Bedroom 3 is downstairs by the front door and is ideal for guests that want a little extra privacy; it has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Back upstairs for Bedrooms 4 and 5 which are adjacent to each other and have both been furnished with Twin beds and decorated in a manner that would suit all guests. Since all bedrooms have their own flatscreen TVs, there is no need for anybody to miss out on watching their favourite TV show.
Everybody can get the chance to make some fabulous holiday memories in the games room, equipped with a pool table and air hockey table.
