Situated on Orange Tree, a peaceful and well-established Clermont community on the US27, is this privately owned vacation villa with 4 bedrooms, a pool table in the games room and a private west-facing pool and spa. The community facilities are available for all guests staying here and these include children’s play areas, tennis courts and a catch and release fishing lake. The fun and excitement of Disney World is less than half an hours’ drive away from Orange Tree and very easy to get to. Visitors to SeaWorld and Discovery Cove should allow approximately 35-40 minutes for their journey and Universal Resorts, for guests wanting to ride new rollercoasters at Orlando's new theme park Epic Universe, fans of Harry Potter, or guests wishing to visit Volcano Bay water park and Islands of Adventure, is reachable within 40-45 minutes. The bustling US192 has hundreds of restaurants to choose from, catering for all tastes, appetites and dietary needs, and this is a few miles south of the community. Alternatively, head north towards Clermont where you will find more options to choose from, often with shorter waiting times than restaurants in busier areas.
This traditional vacation villa is an ideal base for your family holiday to Orlando and offers all the comforts of home. The open-plan layout includes a kitchen at the front of the villa, equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils for a self-catering holiday. A small dining table in the kitchen is a great place for tea and toast in the morning as you make plans for the day ahead. A nearby dining table is close to windows overlooking the front of the villa, an ideal setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing board games and chatting. The family lounge is filled with lots of natural light and has comfy sofas and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom, at the rear of the villa on the left, has a King-size bed, doors to the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2, on the right-hand side of the villa, has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are on the right of the villa and are Twin-bedded rooms suitable for guests of all genders and ages. A flatscreen TV in each bedroom means that everybody can enjoy an early night and yet still continue to watch their favourite programme as they drift off to sleep.
The games room in this villa has a pool table so you can practice your trick shots and improve your potting skills before taking on other family members for a game or two. Guests staying here also have full access to the Orange Tree community facilities, including tennis courts, sports pitches, children’s play areas and a giant catch and release fishing lake.
Relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine as you splash around in the west-facing private pool or take a soak in the spa to ease any aching muscles after a day at the parks. With a covered dining area and a pool-side TV, this is a great place to recharge your batteries as you start making plans for your next Orlando villa holiday.
Orange Tree is a peaceful, very popular community located just off the US27 in Clermont, with large plots and wide-open common spaces. Situated close to Disney World, this well-established community is in a fantastic location for everything Orlando has to offer. All of the 4 and 5 bedroom vacation villas we have to rent have a private pool and many of them also benefit from having a games room and south or west-facing view from the pool deck, often with a scenic conservation view. The popular US192, with its wide range of shops and family-friendly restaurants is a few miles south of here.
