It features a south-facing pool with good privacy, a well-equipped games room and has easy access to the popular US192, where you can find hundreds of restaurants and take-aways that will suit all budgets, diets and tastes. The US192 is also where you can find a wide range of shops, including a large Walmart store, where you can top up on snacks and drinks for when you spend time around the pool. Disney World can be reached in 20-25 minutes and is where you can create unforgettable memories at Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Epic Universe is Orlando’s newest theme park, reached in 30-35 minutes and features amazing worlds for you to explore, as well as thrilling rollercoasters to ride. More adrenaline pumping action can be found at Universal Resorts with The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all being 25-30 minutes away. Swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove, or visit SeaWorld to see the world-famous displays, only 20-25 minutes away.
Unpack your bag and relax as soon as you enter this privately owned vacation villa. The modern and well-equipped kitchen is located to the left of the property with everything you need to make tasty meals. The breakfast bar offers the perfect place to start your day with cereal and orange juice. A nearby table has additional breakfast seating should it be required, while a formal dining able is to the rear, the idea place to enjoy a meal or play card games. The family lounge at the rear of the villa has a sectional sofa, flatscreen TV and a door leading to the south-facing pool. Watch your favourite movies here while keeping an eye on your kids as they play in the water.
The Main bedroom is to the back left of the home with a King-size bed, door to the pool and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the villa with a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 is to the left with a Queen-size bed, while the nearby Bedroom 4 has Twin beds. Both rooms are decorated in styles that are suitable for guests of all ages. All bedrooms come equipped with a flatscreen TV, so everybody can watch their favourite movies as they drift off to sleep.
Make your way to the well-equipped games room at the front of the villa. Inside you will find a pool table, air hockey and table football, while a sofa provides a place for spectators to cheer from the sidelines.
The south-facing private pool is the perfect place for you to recharge your batteries after a day of theme parks and rollercoasters. With fencing on all sides providing good privacy, you can lay back and top up your tan in the Florida sunshine while your kids play in the pool. A nearby door provides access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom, so kids can find a towel without leaving wet footprints throughout the home. Later, enjoy a chilled drink and snack at the covered dining table as you chat and make plans for your next Orlando villa vacation.
Creekside is a small peaceful community in Kissimmee, close to all major holiday attractions and theme parks, including Disney World and Universal Resorts. Shops, restaurants, fast-food options and golf courses are all within easy driving distances, as is the I-4 Highway leading you to Daytona, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and some of Florida's finest beaches. Our rental villas often have a games room and a south or west-facing private pool, some even have beautiful views of the natural lake on the community.
