This 5 bedroom privately owned Orlando vacation villa has conservation views from the west-facing pool deck and a great family games room. It also offers plenty of space inside the villa, including large bedrooms and two separate lounge areas, giving everybody the chance to relax. The villa is on Highgate Park, a highly recommended gated section of Legacy Park on the US27 in Davenport. Guests can make use of the BBQ and picnic area within the community grounds, as well as the tennis court and play area for small children. For those who are eager to head out to Florida's world-famous tourist attractions, the Disney World parks are just 15-20 minutes away, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 25-30 minutes’ drive away. Harry Potter fans keen to visit Hogsmeade or ride on Hogwarts Express can be at Universal Resorts in about 35-40 minutes. Universal Epic Universe is Orlando's newest theme park and is just 35-40 minutes from your villa, offering exciting new rollercoasters and experiences for your family to explore. To the north of the Legacy Park lies the ever-popular US192 which hosts a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants, catering for all tastes and budgets. Berry Town Center is a mile away in the opposite direction and has a selection of family-friendly restaurants, a British bar and a Publix supermarket.
The first of the villa's two lounge areas is found to the right of the entrance, it has a sofa seating 3 people and windows overlooking the front of the property. The main family lounge is at the back of the villa and has a corner sofa for 6 or 7 people around a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and patio doors leading out onto the west-facing pool deck. To the right of the rear lounge is the kitchen, equipped with all the appliances and utensils you will need for meal preparation. The breakfast bar in the kitchen has 2 stools and is a great place for snacks, drinks and chats throughout the day. A dining table by the front lounge is ideal for meals or evenings together playing games, while the other dining table overlooks the pool deck and is perfect for tea and toast in the morning.
The spacious Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is close to the rear lounge and has a King-size bed, patio doors to the west-facing pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs on the left and has a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has lots of space and has been furnished with a Queen-size bed; Bedrooms 4 and 5 each contain Twin beds and have are furnished and decorated to suit guests of all ages and genders. For the comfort and convenience of guests, all bedrooms have wall-mounted flatscreen TVs so nobody has to miss out on watching their favourite programmes as they relax at the end of a busy day.
Let off steam playing pool, table football and air hockey in the games room as you find out who the best player is. Some seating has also been supplied so that spectators can sit back and enjoy the action as they await their turn! The community tennis court is in a peaceful corner of the estate a couple of minutes away and is next to a children’s playground and BBQ area.
The west-facing pool deck overlooks an area of conservation to the rear, and further benefits from having an outside dining area where you can enjoy an alfresco meal while enjoying the hot Florida sunshine! The pool deck cloakroom saves the trouble of going inside the villa with wet feet should mother nature call.

It is close to Disney World and all road links taking you to Universal, SeaWorld and Orlando’s other top attractions.
