The magic and excitement of Disney World is just 15-20 minutes away from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove a 20-25 minute drive away. Universal Resorts, less than half an hour’s drive from here, is home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. Orlando's newest theme park, Universal Epic Universe can be reached in just 25-30 minutes, with exciting new rides and experiences for everyone to enjoy. The US192 is a few minutes north of Crystal Cove and has hundreds of restaurants and take-aways to choose from, serving everything from steaks to salads, burgers to burritos and pizza to pancakes.
This spacious villa is the perfect base for your family holiday, and close to all the reasons why you chose Orlando in the first place. The centrally placed lounge area has a comfy corner sofa so everybody can sit and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV together, nearby is the large kitchen, equipped with all the appliances, gadgets and utensils you are likely to need, and the breakfast bar is a great place to sit and relax with coffee and donuts in the daytime. A small dining table in the kitchen overlooks the pool deck, an ideal place to sit and enjoy breakfast each morning as you make plans for the rest of the day. A larger dining table sits between the lounge and doors to the west-facing pool deck, an ideal setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing board games.
The Main bedroom is at the back of the villa on the left and has a King-size bed, door to the pool area and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is on the right of the lounge and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is at the front of the villa with a window overlooking the garden and has been furnished with a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 4 is nearby and is a Twin-bedded room decorated and furnished in Moana-inspired style. All bedrooms in this villa have a flatscreen TV, making early nights even more enjoyable and stress free.
The community facilities are 1 minute away in the clubhouse across the road from here, guests staying on Crystal Cove have full access to all amenities here including the swimming pool, sunbathing deck with lake views, games room, gym, TV lounge and outdoor play area for small children.
After busy days at the theme parks or shopping malls you will want to come back home to your villa for a rest. The west-facing outside area is just the place to do this. With plenty of outdoor seating options, you could sit here and recharge your batteries while the kids splash around in the private pool and spa. The complimentary gas BBQ grill is also available for you to use to cook a delicious meal. Please note that road traffic can be seen and heard from the pool deck.

The tree-lined gated community of Crystal Cove is close to Disney and the historic Old Town of Kissimmee, with its range of shops and restaurants, including a large 24hour Walmart. Many of our rental villas have a games room and private south or west-facing pool and spa, and some even have lake or conservation views as well. Orlando’s other major attractions, including Universal and SeaWorld can be reached easily from Crystal Cove. Florida’s famous beaches are less than 2 hours drive away.
